Claims (8)
- 複数のバッテリーセルを含むセル積層体と、
前記セル積層体の下面をカバーするベースプレートと、前記セル積層体の上面をカバーするカバープレートと、前記ベースプレートとカバープレートとを連結する連結体と、を含むモジュールハウジングであって、前記セル積層体を収容する前記モジュールハウジングと、
を含むバッテリーモジュールにおいて、
前記ベースプレート及びカバープレートは、それらの中心領域が縁領域と比較して前記セル積層体の近くに位置するように湾曲した形態を有し、
前記セル積層体は、積層方向における前記セル積層体の最外側それぞれに配置される一対のスウェリング吸収パッドをさらに含み、
前記一対のスウェリング吸収パッドは各々、中心領域の厚さが縁領域の厚さよりも薄い形態を有する、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記一対のスウェリング吸収パッドは各々、前記ベースプレート及び前記カバープレートと対向する面が、前記縁領域から前記中心領域へ進むほど薄くなる段差形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記一対のスウェリング吸収パッドは各々、前記ベースプレート及びカバープレートと対向する面が、前記ベースプレート及びカバープレートと全体的に接触するように湾曲した形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 複数のバッテリーセルを含むセル積層体と、
前記セル積層体の下面をカバーするベースプレートと、前記セル積層体の上面をカバーするカバープレートと、前記ベースプレートとカバープレートとを連結する連結体と、を含むモジュールハウジングであって、前記セル積層体を収容する前記モジュールハウジングと、
を含むバッテリーモジュールにおいて、
前記ベースプレート及びカバープレートは、それらの中心領域が縁領域と比較して前記セル積層体の近くに位置するように湾曲した形態を有し、
前記連結体は、周辺領域よりも延伸率が相対的に高い延伸部を備える、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記延伸部は、周辺領域よりも延伸率が相対的に高い金属からなる領域であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記延伸部は、周辺領域よりも厚さが薄く形成された領域であることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項7に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
