Description
上述のような液面検出装置を実施する場合に、好ましくは、液貯留部は、上端部に設けられた第一開口部と、フロートが配置された検出用貯留部と、所定の位置よりも下側において検出用貯留部と接続している液供給用貯留部と、を有してよい。
又、検出用貯留部は、上端部に設けられた第二開口部と、フロートの外径よりも大きい内径を有する下側筒状部と、下側筒状部の内径よりも大きい内径を有する上側筒状部と、上側筒状部の内面に設けられ、フロートの上側への移動を制限する上側突出片と、を有してよい。
又、検出用貯留部は、上側筒状部および下側筒状部に繋がっており、かつ、下側筒状部に近いほど内径が小さくなるテーパ状筒状部を有してよい。
そして、検出用貯留部及び液供給用貯留部に貯留された過酸化水素水は、液貯留部を上下逆にした状態で、第一開口部から排出される。
又、上側突出片は、過酸化水素水が検出用貯留部から排出される際、フロートが第二開口部から流出することを抑制する。
上側突出片721Fは、フロートFの上側への移動を制限し、上側突出片721Fの少なくとも一部が、検出用貯留部72Rの内部に位置していればよい。なお、上側突出片721Fは、フロートFとの接触面積が小さくなる形状であることが望ましい。よって、上側突出片721Fは、必ずしも検出用貯留部72Rの中心軸TCLに向けて突出していなくてもよく、さらに、いくつ形成されていてもよい。また、上側突出片721Fは、必ずしも検出用貯留部72Rの内部に形成されていなくてもよい。

Claims (6)
- 貫通孔が設けられた振動板によって噴霧される過酸化水素水が貯留される液貯留部と、
前記液貯留部内に配置されたフロートと、
前記液貯留部に貯留されている過酸化水素水の液面が所定の位置に達したことを前記フロートを介して検出するセンサと、を備え、
前記液貯留部は、上端部に設けられた第一開口部と、前記フロートが配置された検出用貯留部と、前記所定の位置よりも下側において前記検出用貯留部と接続している液供給用貯留部と、を有し、
前記検出用貯留部は、
上端部に設けられた第二開口部と、
前記フロートの外径よりも大きい内径を有する下側筒状部と、
前記下側筒状部の内径よりも大きい内径を有する上側筒状部と、
前記上側筒状部および前記下側筒状部に繋がっており、かつ、前記下側筒状部に近いほど内径が小さくなるテーパ状筒状部と、
前記上側筒状部の内面に設けられ、前記フロートの上側への移動を制限する上側突出片と、を有し、
前記検出用貯留部及び前記液供給用貯留部に貯留された前記過酸化水素水は、前記液貯留部を上下逆にした状態で、前記第一開口部から排出され、
前記上側突出片は、前記過酸化水素水が前記検出用貯留部から排出される際、前記フロートが前記第二開口部から流出することを抑制する、
液面検出装置。 - 前記下側筒状部と前記液供給用貯留部とを、前記所定の位置よりも下側において接続し、前記下側筒状部よりも内径が小さい管である接続管を、更に備える、
