Description
1.異なる色調が混在する被膜面を形成する被膜形成方法であって、
被塗面に対し、
(1)顔料体積濃度20%以上の下塗材を塗付して下塗被膜を形成する工程、
(2)少なくとも2種の上塗材を塗付して塗面を形成する工程、
(3)当該塗面を乾燥させる工程、
を行うものであり、
上記上塗材は、それぞれ、骨材100重量部に対し、体質顔料20~500重量部、及び結合材3~30重量部を含み、
上記上塗材のうち、少なくとも1種は、さらに着色顔料1~100重量部を含むものであることを特徴とする被膜形成方法。
2.上記(2)工程において、コテを用いて塗面を形成することを特徴とする1.記載の被膜形成方法。
(1)顔料体積濃度20%以上の下塗材を塗付して下塗被膜を形成する工程、
(2)少なくとも2種の上塗材を塗付して塗面を形成する工程、
(3)当該塗面を乾燥させる工程、
を行う。

・1種の上塗材が着色顔料を含み、他の上塗材は着色顔料を含まない態様
・2種の上塗材がいずれも着色顔料を含む態様

・2種以上の上塗材が着色顔料を含み、他の上塗材は着色顔料を含まない態様

・骨材A:白色珪砂(平均粒子径150μm)
・体質顔料A:重質炭酸カルシウム(平均粒子径15μm)
・結合材A:アクリル樹脂エマルション(固形分50重量%、ガラス転移温度30℃)
・着色顔料A:黒色顔料分散液(カーボンブラック(平均粒子径0.05μm)の20重量%分散液)
・着色顔料B:黄色顔料分散液(黄色酸化鉄(平均粒子径0.5μm)の50重量%分散液)
・着色顔料C:赤色顔料分散液(弁柄(平均粒子径0.2μm)の50重量%分散液)
・着色顔料D:白色顔料分散液(酸化チタン(平均粒子径0.3μm)の60重量%分散液)
・繊維:無機系繊維(平均繊維長0.1mm)
・分散剤:ポリカルボン酸系分散剤
・造膜助剤:エーテル系造膜助剤
・増粘剤:ヒドロキシエチルセルロース3重量%水溶液
・消泡剤:シリコーン系消泡剤
・上塗材1の製造
骨材A100重量部に対し、体質顔料A150重量部、結合材A32重量部(固形分換算16重量部)、着色顔料A0.03重量部、着色顔料B0.03重量部、着色顔料C0.01重量部、着色顔料D11重量部、繊維3重量部、分散剤1重量部、造膜助剤3重量部、増粘剤30重量部、水10重量部、消泡剤1重量部、を常法により混合・攪拌することによって上塗材1(淡灰色、粘度48Pa・s)を製造した。
骨材A100重量部に対し、体質顔料A150重量部、結合材A32重量部(固形分換算16重量部)、着色顔料A3重量部、着色顔料B3重量部、着色顔料C1重量部、着色顔料D6重量部、繊維3重量部、分散剤1重量部、造膜助剤3重量部、増粘剤30重量部、水10重量部、消泡剤1重量部、を常法により混合・攪拌することによって上塗材2(濃灰色、粘度47Pa・s)を製造した。
・上塗材3の製造
骨材A100重量部に対し、体質顔料A120重量部、結合材A28重量部(固形分換算14重量部)、着色顔料B0.2重量部、着色顔料C0.3重量部、着色顔料D11重量部、繊維3重量部、分散剤1重量部、造膜助剤3重量部、増粘剤30重量部、水10重量部、消泡剤1重量部、を常法により混合・攪拌することによって上塗材3(淡橙色、粘度47Pa・s)を製造した。
骨材A100重量部に対し、体質顔料A120重量部、結合材A28重量部(固形分換算14重量部)、着色顔料A0.2重量部、着色顔料B6重量部、着色顔料C10重量部、着色顔料D6重量部、繊維3重量部、分散剤1重量部、造膜助剤3重量部、増粘剤30重量部、水10重量部、消泡剤1重量部、を常法により混合・攪拌することによって上塗材4(濃橙色、粘度46Pa・s)を製造した。
・上塗材5の製造
骨材A100重量部に対し、体質顔料A210重量部、結合材A35重量部(固形分換算17.5重量部)、着色顔料A0.03重量部、着色顔料B0.03重量部、着色顔料C0.01重量部、着色顔料D11重量部、繊維3重量部、分散剤1重量部、造膜助剤3重量部、増粘剤26重量部、水14重量部、消泡剤1重量部、を常法により混合・攪拌することによって上塗材5(淡灰色、粘度52Pa・s)を製造した。
骨材A100重量部に対し、体質顔料A210重量部、結合材A35重量部(固形分換算17.5重量部)、着色顔料A3重量部、着色顔料B3重量部、着色顔料C1重量部、着色顔料D6重量部、繊維3重量部、分散剤1重量部、造膜助剤3重量部、増粘剤26重量部、水14重量部、消泡剤1重量部、を常法により混合・攪拌することによって上塗材6(濃灰色、粘度50Pa・s)を製造した。
・上塗材7の製造
骨材A100重量部に対し、体質顔料A100重量部、結合材A20重量部(固形分換算10重量部)、着色顔料A0.03重量部、着色顔料B0.03重量部、着色顔料C0.01重量部、着色顔料D11重量部、繊維3重量部、分散剤1重量部、造膜助剤3重量部、増粘剤30重量部、水6重量部、消泡剤1重量部、を常法により混合・攪拌することによって上塗材7(淡灰色、粘度46Pa・s)を製造した。
骨材A100重量部に対し、体質顔料A100重量部、結合材A20重量部(固形分換算10重量部)、着色顔料A3重量部、着色顔料B3重量部、着色顔料C1重量部、着色顔料D6重量部、繊維3重量部、分散剤1重量部、造膜助剤3重量部、増粘剤30重量部、水6重量部、消泡剤1重量部、を常法により混合・攪拌することによって上塗材8(濃灰色、粘度46Pa・s)を製造した。
Claims (2)
- 異なる色調が混在する被膜面を形成する被膜形成方法であって、
被塗面に対し、
(1)顔料体積濃度20%以上の下塗材を塗付して下塗被膜を形成する工程、
(2)少なくとも2種の上塗材を塗付して塗面を形成する工程、
(3)当該塗面を乾燥させる工程、
を行うものであり、
上記上塗材は、それぞれ、骨材100重量部に対し、体質顔料20~500重量部、及び結合材3~30重量部を含み、
上記上塗材のうち、少なくとも1種は、さらに着色顔料1~100重量部を含むものであることを特徴とする被膜形成方法。 - 上記(2)工程において、コテを用いて塗面を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の被膜形成方法。
