本発明が解決しようとする課題の一つは、バスバーの異種金属間の接合部において高い接合強度を確保することにある。

Claims (12)
- 複数の電池の互いに異種金属からなる端子同士を繋ぐバスバーであって、
前記バスバーは、
第1の電池が有する第1の端子に重ねた状態で接続される第1の金属部材と、
第2の電池が有する第2の端子に接続され、前記第1の金属部材とは異なる材料で構成された第2の金属部材と、
前記第1の金属部材と前記第2の金属部材とを接合した接合部と、を備え、
前記第2の金属部材は、前記第2の端子側から前記第1の端子側に向かって延びて前記第1の端子と前記第1の金属部材との接合領域に重ならないように前記第1の金属部材に重ねて配置される腕部を有し、
前記接合部は、前記第1の金属部材の前記腕部と対向する面と、前記腕部の前記第1の金属と対向する面とが接合されて構成されており、
前記腕部の幅は前記腕部の先端側よりも基端側の方が広くなるように構成されていると共に、
前記第1の金属部材は、前記第1の端子との接合面が前記接合部よりも前記第1の端子側に突出していることを特徴とするバスバー。 - 前記接合部は、前記腕部の先端側よりも基端側の方が広いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスバー。
- 前記第1の端子と接続される前記第1の金属部材の接続面と、前記第2の端子と接続される前記第2の金属部材の接続面は、同一平面となる高さであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のバスバー。
- 前記接合部は、前記第1の金属部材と前記腕部が超音波接合されて構成されており、
前記第1の金属部材の接合部の裏面側に、超音波接合の接合痕を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載のバスバー。 - 前記腕部は対をなして設けられており、
前記第1の端子と前記第1の金属部材との接合領域が、一対の前記腕部の間に位置するように前記第1の金属部材と前記第2の金属部材が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れか一項に記載のバスバー。 - 前記一方の金属部材は、電池の電圧を検出するための検出導体を有し、
前記検出導体は、前記金属部材のうち、前記接合部、及び、前記バスバーと前記第1の端子との接合部位を避けた部位に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5の何れか一項に記載のバスバー。 - 前記第1の金属部材は銅を含む金属材料からなり、前記第2の金属部材はアルミニウムを含む金属材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6の何れか一項に記載のバスバー。
- 前記第1の金属部材はアルミニウムを含む金属材料からなり、前記第2の金属部材は銅を含む金属材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6の何れか一項に記載のバスバー。
- 前記接合部には、錫メッキ又はニッケルメッキが施されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8の何れか一項に記載のバスバー。
- 前記第1の金属部材と前記第2の金属部材の少なくとも一方には、部材全面に錫メッキ又はニッケルメッキが施されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9の何れか一項に記載のバスバー。
- 請求項1から請求項10の何れか一項に記載のバスバーを用いた電池モジュール。
- 複数の電池の互いに異種金属からなる端子同士を繋ぐバスバーであって、
前記バスバーは、
第1の電池が有する第1の端子に重ねた状態で接続される第1の金属部材と、
第2の電池が有する第2の端子に接続され、前記第1の金属部材とは異なる材料で構成された第2の金属部材と、
前記第1の金属部材と前記第2の金属部材とを接合した接合部と、を備え、
前記第2の金属部材は、前記第2の端子側から前記第1の端子側に向かって延びて前記第1の端子と前記第1の金属部材との接合領域に重ならないように前記第1の金属部材に重ねて配置される一対の腕部を有し、
前記接合部は、前記第1の金属部材の前記一対の腕部と対向する面と、前記腕部の前記第1の金属と対向する面とが接合されて構成されており、
前記一対の腕部の間には、前記第2の端子側から前記第1の端子側に向かって突出する前記第2の金属部材の突出端部から前記第1の端子側に向かって半円状に切り欠かれた形状の窪み部が形成されていることを特徴とするバスバー。
