Claims (6)
- 導電材料からなり、少なくとも2箇所以上で屈曲する屈曲部を有する配索経路を備え、
前記配索経路は、連続的に配置され、板状に形成された複数の部材を有し、
隣り合う前記部材は、レーザー接合によって接合されており、
前記複数の部材は、
前記配索経路の両端側に配置される接続部材であって、電気が出入力される接続部を有する接続部材と、
前記接続部材の間に配置された導体部材と、
を含み、
前記接続部材と前記導体部材とは、特質が異なり、
前記特質は、材質、調質、板厚、板幅、表面処理の少なくとも1つを含み、
前記屈曲部は、
前記接続部材のうちの1つと前記導体部材とのレーザー接合により形成された屈曲部と、
前記導体部材に形成された屈曲部と、
を含む
バスバ。 - 前記導体部材は、前記接続部材より板厚が薄く、かつ、板幅が広く形成されている請求項1に記載のバスバ。
- 前記導体部材は、前記接続部材より柔らかい材質で形成されている請求項1又は2に記載のバスバ。
- 前記接続部材は、銅を含み、
前記導体部材は、アルミニウムを含む請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のバスバ。 - 前記接続部材と前記導体部材とは、銅とアルミニウムとを含むクラッド材を介して接合されている請求項4に記載のバスバ。
- 前記配索経路は、異なるバッテリスタックの間を電気的に接続する請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のバスバ。
