Description
水素ガスを圧縮する圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機により圧縮された水素ガスを蓄圧する蓄圧器と、
前記圧縮機と前記蓄圧器との間に配置され、前記圧縮機から吐出される水素ガスに混在する不純物を吸着する吸着剤を有する吸着部と、
前記圧縮機と前記吸着部との間の第1ガス供給配管に配置される第1弁と、
前記吸着部と前記蓄圧器との間の第2ガス供給配管に配置される第2弁と、
前記圧縮機の運転停止時に、前記第1弁および前記第2弁を閉じるように制御する制御装置と、
を備える。
前記制御装置は、前記第1弁および前記第2弁を閉じるように制御した状態で、前記第3弁を開くように制御すると好適である。
前記制御装置は、前記第3弁を開いて所定時間経過後に、前記第1弁を開き、運転停止中の前記圧縮機を介して前記水素製造装置から供給される水素ガスを前記吸着部に供給するように制御すると好適である。
圧縮機により水素ガスを圧縮する工程と、
前記圧縮機により圧縮された水素ガスを蓄圧器に蓄圧する工程と、
前記圧縮機と前記蓄圧器との間に配置された吸着剤を有する吸着部を用いて、前記圧縮機から吐出される水素ガスに混在する不純物を前記吸着剤に吸着させる工程と、
前記圧縮機の運転停止時に、前記圧縮機と前記吸着部との間の第1ガス供給配管に配置される第1弁および前記吸着部と前記蓄圧器との間の第2ガス供給配管に配置される第2弁を閉じるように制御する工程と、
を備える。
水素ガスを圧縮し、水素ガスを蓄圧する蓄圧器側に圧縮された水素ガスを供給する圧縮機と、
圧縮機の吐出口と蓄圧器との間に配置され、圧縮機から吐出される水素ガス中の不純物を吸着するための吸着剤が配置された吸着部と、
圧縮機の吐出側であって吸着部のガス出入口側に配置され、吸着部を密閉可能な複数の弁と、
を備え、
圧縮機が休止した場合に吸着部内が圧縮された水素ガスによって高圧に維持されるように複数の弁を用いて吸着部内の空間を密閉する。
前記ベントラインの途中に前記複数の弁のうちの第2の弁が配置され、
前記吸着部内の空間が前記複数の弁によって密閉された状態から、前記第2の弁を開にすることにより、前記吸着部内を前記高圧から低圧に減圧すると共に前記吸着剤から脱離した不純物を前記ベントラインに放出すると好適である。
前記圧縮機が休止し、前記吸着部内が前記低圧に減圧された状態で、さらに前記第1と第2の弁を開にした状態で、休止中の前記圧縮機を介して前記水素製造装置から供給される水素ガスをパージガスとして前記吸着部に導入すると好適である。
圧縮機により水素ガスを圧縮し、水素ガスを蓄圧する蓄圧器側に圧縮された水素ガスを供給する工程と、
圧縮機の吐出口と水素ガスを蓄圧する蓄圧器との間に配置された、吸着剤が配置された吸着部を用いて、圧縮機から吐出される水素ガス中の不純物を吸着剤に吸着させる工程と、
圧縮機の吐出側であって吸着部のガス出入口側に配置され、吸着部を密閉可能な複数の弁を用いて、圧縮機が休止した場合に吸着部内が圧縮された水素ガスによって高圧に維持されるように吸着部内の空間を密閉する工程と、
を備えたことを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- 水素ガスを圧縮する圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機により圧縮された水素ガスを蓄圧する蓄圧器と、
前記圧縮機と前記蓄圧器との間に配置され、前記圧縮機から吐出される水素ガスに混在する不純物を吸着する吸着剤を有する吸着部と、
前記圧縮機と前記吸着部との間の第1ガス供給配管に配置される第1弁と、
前記吸着部と前記蓄圧器との間の第2ガス供給配管に配置される第2弁と、
前記圧縮機の運転停止時に、前記第1弁および前記第2弁を閉じるように制御する制御装置と、
を備え、
前記第1ガス供給配管における前記第1弁と前記吸着部との間から分岐されるベントラインと、前記ベントラインに配置される第3弁と、をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記第1弁および前記第2弁を閉じるように制御した状態で、前記第3弁を開くように制御する、水素ガス供給装置。 - 前記圧縮機に水素ガスを供給する水素製造装置をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記第3弁を開いて所定時間経過後に、前記第1弁を開き、運転停止中の前記圧縮機を介して前記水素製造装置から供給される水素ガスを前記吸着部に供給するように制御する、請求項1記載の水素ガス供給装置。 - 前記吸着剤は、少なくとも硫黄およびハロゲンのいずれか一方の吸着能を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の水素ガス供給装置。
- 圧縮機により水素ガスを圧縮する工程と、
前記圧縮機により圧縮された水素ガスを蓄圧器に蓄圧する工程と、
前記圧縮機と前記蓄圧器との間に配置された吸着剤を有する吸着部を用いて、前記圧縮機から吐出される水素ガスに混在する不純物を前記吸着剤に吸着させる工程と、
前記圧縮機の運転停止時に、前記圧縮機と前記吸着部との間の第1ガス供給配管に配置される第1弁および前記吸着部と前記蓄圧器との間の第2ガス供給配管に配置される第2弁を閉じるように制御する工程と、
を備え、
前記第1弁および前記第2弁を閉じるように制御した状態で、前記第1ガス供給配管における前記第1弁と前記吸着部との間から分岐されるベントラインに配置される第3弁を開くように制御する、水素ガス供給方法。 - 水素ガスを圧縮し、水素ガスを蓄圧する蓄圧器側に圧縮された水素ガスを供給する圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機の吐出口と前記蓄圧器との間に配置され、前記圧縮機から吐出される水素ガス中の不純物を吸着するための吸着剤が配置された吸着部と、
前記圧縮機の吐出側であって前記吸着部のガス出入口側に配置され、前記吸着部を密閉可能な複数の弁と、
を備え、
前記圧縮機が休止した場合に前記吸着部内が前記圧縮された水素ガスによって高圧に維持されるように前記複数の弁を用いて前記吸着部内の空間を密閉し、
前記複数の弁のうち前記圧縮機の吐出口と前記吸着部のガス入口との間に配置される第1の弁と前記吸着部のガス入口との間で分岐されるベントラインをさらに備え、
前記ベントラインの途中に前記複数の弁のうちの第2の弁が配置され、
前記吸着部内の空間が前記複数の弁によって密閉された状態から、前記第2の弁を開にすることにより、前記吸着部内を前記高圧から低圧に減圧すると共に前記吸着剤から脱離した不純物を前記ベントラインに放出する、水素ガス供給装置。 - 水素製造装置から前記水素ガスが前記圧縮機に供給され、
前記圧縮機が休止し、前記吸着部内が前記低圧に減圧された状態で、さらに前記第1と第2の弁を開にした状態で、休止中の前記圧縮機を介して前記水素製造装置から供給される水素ガスをパージガスとして前記吸着部に導入する請求項5記載の水素ガス供給装置。 - 前記不純物は、前記圧縮機内で混入する不純物である請求項5記載の水素ガス供給装置。
- 圧縮機により水素ガスを圧縮し、水素ガスを蓄圧する蓄圧器側に圧縮された水素ガスを供給する工程と、
前記圧縮機の吐出口と水素ガスを蓄圧する蓄圧器との間に配置された、吸着剤が配置された吸着部を用いて、前記圧縮機から吐出される水素ガス中の不純物を前記吸着剤に吸着させる工程と、
前記圧縮機の吐出側であって前記吸着部のガス出入口側に配置され、前記吸着部を密閉可能な複数の弁を用いて、前記圧縮機が休止した場合に前記吸着部内が前記圧縮された水素ガスによって高圧に維持されるように前記吸着部内の空間を密閉する工程と、
を備え、
前記複数の弁のうち前記圧縮機の吐出口と前記吸着部のガス入口との間に配置される第1の弁と前記吸着部のガス入口との間で分岐されるベントラインと、前記ベントラインの途中に配置される前記複数の弁のうちの第2の弁とを用いて、前記吸着部内の空間が前記複数の弁によって密閉された状態から、前記第2の弁を開にすることにより、前記吸着部内を前記高圧から低圧に減圧すると共に前記吸着剤から脱離した不純物を前記ベントラインに放出する、水素ガス供給方法。
