Claims (10)
- 押出機(14)に、ポリオレフィンエラストマーと溶媒と未反応物が混合された流れ(118)を導入し、水を注入して、130~250℃、1atm未満の条件下で、水、溶媒及び未反応物を気化させることにより、ポリオレフィンエラストマーから溶媒及び未反応物を除去する第1の段階と、
前記押出機(14)で気化した流れ(201)をすべて液化する第2の段階と、
液-液分離器(30)を使用して、液化した流れを水と炭化水素に分離する第3の段階と、
吸着塔(10)を介して、分離された炭化水素内の水分を除去する第4の段階と、
水分が除去された炭化水素を蒸留塔(15)に移送する第5の段階と、
を含む、ポリオレフィンエラストマー製造工程の押出機における溶媒及び未反応物の回収方法。 - 前記第2の段階は、
前記押出機(14)で気化した流れ(201)を冷却する段階と、
第1の圧縮機(21)を使用して、冷却された流れ(202)を加圧する段階と、
前記第1の圧縮機(21)によって加圧された流れ(203)を冷却して、第1の気-液分離器(23)に供給する段階と、
前記第1の気-液分離器(23)の気相流(205)は加熱し、液相流(209)は加圧する段階と、
第2の圧縮機(26)を使用して、前記第1の気-液分離器(23)によって分離されて加熱された流れ(206)を加圧する段階と、
前記第2の圧縮機(26)によって加圧された流れ(207)を冷却して、第2の気-液分離器(28)に供給する段階と、
前記第2の気-液分離器(28)の相対的に低い沸点を有するエチレンとエタン成分は気相流(212)で除去し、これより高い沸点を有する液相流(211)は加圧する段階と、
前記第1の気-液分離器(23)により分離されて加圧された流れ(210)と前記第2の気-液分離器(28)により分離されて加圧された流れを前記液-液分離器(30)に供給する段階と、
を含む、請求項1に記載のポリオレフィンエラストマー製造工程の押出機における溶媒及び未反応物の回収方法。 - 前記第2の段階は、
1つ以上の熱交換器(20)を使用して、前記押出機(14)で気化した流れ(201)を液化する段階と、
液化した流れ(203)を加圧して、前記液-液分離器(30)に供給する段階と、
を含む、請求項1に記載のポリオレフィンエラストマー製造工程の押出機における溶媒及び未反応物の回収方法。 - 前記押出機(14)内で気化した流れ(201)を加圧するために1つ以上の圧縮機またはブロワーを使用する、請求項1に記載のポリオレフィンエラストマー製造工程の押出機における溶媒及び未反応物の回収方法。
- 前記第3の段階において、
水と炭化水素の分離時、空気の流入を抑制するために常圧より高い圧力で運転するか、または
常圧以下で運転する場合、前記液-液分離器(30)として密閉型液-液分離器または3相分離器(気-液-液分離器)を使用する、請求項1に記載のポリオレフィンエラストマー製造工程の押出機における溶媒及び未反応物の回収方法。 - 前記密閉型液-液分離器または前記気-液-液分離器を使用する場合、空気の流入を抑制するために不活性ガスを注入する、請求項5に記載のポリオレフィンエラストマー製造工程の押出機における溶媒及び未反応物の回収方法。
- 前記液-液分離器(30)導入時に水が凍ることを防止するために加熱する、請求項1に記載のポリオレフィンエラストマー製造工程の押出機における溶媒及び未反応物の回収方法。
- 前記液-液分離器(30)として気-液-液分離器を使用して、相対的に低い沸点を有する成分を気相流で除去する、請求項7に記載のポリオレフィンエラストマー製造工程の押出機における溶媒及び未反応物の回収方法。
- 前記液-液分離器(30)で分離された水が濃厚な流れ(214)をフィルタで固形物を除去した後、前記押出機(14)に再循環(2)する、請求項1に記載のポリオレフィンエラストマー製造工程の押出機における溶媒及び未反応物の回収方法。
- 前記吸着塔(10)は、吸着剤としてモレキュラーシーブ、ゼオライト及びシリカゲルの少なくともいずれかを含む、請求項1に記載のポリオレフィンエラストマー製造工程の押出機における溶媒及び未反応物の回収方法。
