Claims (2)
- 前後方向に延び上下方向に厚みをもつ平型導体が接続される平型導体用電気コネクタであって、
前記平型導体が前方へ向けて挿入されるように後方へ向けて開放された受入空間が形成されたハウジングと、
前後方向及び上下方向の両方向に対して直角な方向を端子配列方向として前記ハウジングに配列保持される複数の端子と、
端子配列方向で前記端子の配列範囲外に配置され前記ハウジングに保持されるロック部材と、
前記受入空間よりも前方に設けられ端子配列方向に延びる回動軸線まわりの回動を伴って閉位置と開位置との間で移動可能な可動部材とを有し、
前記可動部材が閉位置にあるときに前記平型導体の抜出が阻止され、前記可動部材が開位置にあるときに前記平型導体の抜出が許容される平型導体用電気コネクタにおいて、
前記ロック部材は、前記受入空間よりも上方で前後方向に延びる上腕部と、前記上腕部よりも下方で前記ハウジングに取り付けられる被取付部と、前記被取付部から上方へ延び上腕部に連結された支柱部とを有し、
前記上腕部は、前記支柱部の上端から前方へ延びる被圧腕部と、前記支柱部の上端から後方へ延びるロック腕部とを有し、
前記ロック腕部は、前記可動部材が閉位置にあるときに前記平型導体の被係止部に対して後方から係止可能に位置する係止部を有し、
前記被圧腕部は、前端部が他部よりも下方に位置して被圧部を形成しており、
前記可動部材は、端子配列方向に見て前記回動軸線を含んで位置する軸体部と、前記被圧部の上方に位置するカム部とを有し、
前記カム部は、可動部材が閉位置から開位置へ移動するとき前記被圧部を下方へ向けて押圧することを特徴とする平型導体用電気コネクタ。 - 前記カム部は、前記被圧部に接触して該被圧部を押圧する押圧部を有し、
前記押圧部は、上下方向で前記軸体部の範囲内に位置しており、
前記ロック部材は、端子配列方向で端子配列範囲の両外側に配置されており、
前記複数の端子のうち少なくとも一部の前記端子は、端子配列方向に対して直角な面内での前記可動部材の前記軸体部の移動を規制する軸規制部を有し、
前記軸規制部は、前記可動部材の移動過程の少なくとも一部において前記軸体部に接触しないこととする請求項1に記載の平型導体用電気コネクタ。
