Claims (10)
- モル%で、Te 30~90%、Ga 1~50%、S 0~1%を含有し、波長10μmにおけるアッベ数(ν10)が194以上であることを特徴とするカルコゲナイドガラスレンズ。
- さらに、モル%で、Ge 0~50%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカルコゲナイドガラスレンズ。
- アッベ数(ν10)が285以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のカルコゲナイドガラスレンズ。
- 波長10μmにおける屈折率(n10)が2.5以上であることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のカルコゲナイドガラスレンズ。
- 表面に反射防止膜が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のカルコゲナイドガラスレンズ。
- 反射防止膜が、低屈折率層と高屈折率層が交互に合計2層以上積層されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のカルコゲナイドガラスレンズ。
- 表面に微細構造が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のカルコゲナイドガラスレンズ。
- 微細構造がモスアイ構造であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のカルコゲナイドガラスレンズ。
- プレス成型体であることを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれかに記載のカルコゲナイドガラスレンズ。
- 請求項1~9のいずれかに記載のカルコゲナイドガラスレンズを用いることを特徴とする赤外線センサ。
