Description

(h)前記表盤を所望の寸法構成となるように切断し、前記第2の保護層及び前記装飾を所定の高さにわたって研磨するステップと、
(i)前記装飾の先端に対して選択的な表面処理を行うステップと、
(j)前記第2の保護層を除去するステップと、を備える。

Claims (11)
- 計時器のための表盤(1)上に装飾(6)を作る方法であって、
(a)前面(10)と裏面(11)がある表盤(1)を用意するステップと、
(b)前記前面(10)に対して表面処理を行い、前記前面を選択的に構造化し、そして、前記前面(10)上に少なくとも1つの装飾層(2)を堆積させるステップと、
(c)前記少なくとも1つの装飾層が設けられた前記表盤の全周に第1の保護層(3)を堆積させるステップと、
(d)前記第1の保護層(3)及び前記装飾層(2)に少なくとも1つの凹部(4)を機械加工によって形成して将来の装飾のための型を形成し、少なくとも1つの接着点(5)を形成するために前記表盤(1)に穴を形成するステップと、
(e)前記表盤(1)に対して電気めっきによって前記少なくとも1つの凹部(4)を材料で充填して、装飾(6)を形成するステップと、
(f)前記第1の保護層(3)を除去するステップと、
(g)前記表盤(1)の前記前面(10)上に第2の保護層(7)を堆積させて、前記表盤の前記前面及び前記装飾(6)を覆うステップと、
(h)前記表盤(1)を所望の寸法構成となるように切断し、前記第2の保護層(7)及び前記装飾(6)を所定の高さにわたって研磨するステップと、
(i)前記装飾(6)の先端に対して選択的な表面処理を行うステップと、
(j)前記第2の保護層(7)を除去するステップと、を備える
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記表盤(1)は、銅合金、鉄合金、金合金、及び銀合金から選択される材料によって作られる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 装飾層(2)は、銀、金、銅、ニッケル、ロジウム、及びルテニウムから選択される材料によって作られる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の保護層及び前記第2の保護層は、樹脂ベースの材料によって作られる
