Claims (5)
- 段差部、および陥没形成されたフォーミング部を含み、前記フォーミング部の縁のうちの少なくとも一つの縁ラインが前記段差部の段差ラインを形成する金型に、前記段差ラインと対応するベンディングラインを基準として第1ベンディングされたパウチケースを安着させる段階;
前記パウチケースが前記フォーミング部の形状を有するようにフォーミングされて陥没部を形成する段階、および
前記パウチケースが前記ベンディングラインを基準として第2ベンディングされて前記パウチケースのケース面同士を接触させる段階を含む、電池セルの製造方法。 - 前記パウチケースがフォーミングされて陥没部を形成する段階後、電極組立体を前記陥没部内に挿入する段階をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記パウチケースのケース面同士を接触させる段階後、接触させた前記ケース面を密封する段階をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記パウチケースがフォーミングされて陥没部を形成する段階において、前記陥没部は前記ベンディングラインが前記陥没部の縁のうちの一つになるようにフォーミングされる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記第1ベンディングおよび前記第2ベンディングは、それぞれ90度にベンディングされる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電池セルの製造方法。
