Claims (4)
- 正逆回転可能な電動モータ(2)と、該電動モータ(2)の回転をネジ軸(3)の往復直線運動に変換する運動変換機構(4)を備え、
前記運動変換機構(4)は、前記電動モータ(2)によって回転駆動されるナット(8)と、該ナット(8)に進退可能に螺合挿通する前記ネジ軸(3)を備える電動アクチュエータ(1)において、
前記ナット(8)の軸方向一端内周に、当該ナット(8)のネジ孔の径よりも大きな外径を有して潤滑剤を収容可能な潤滑剤保持部(21)を形成し、
前記潤滑剤保持部(21)の軸方向開口端を覆う蓋部材(22)を設け、
前記蓋部材(22)は、蓋部(22A)と前記ナット(8)と同軸の筒部(22B)とを一体に備え、
前記筒部(22B)の内周に形成された凸部(22b)を前記ナット(8)の外周に形成された凹部(8b)に嵌合させ、或いは前記ナット(8)の外周に形成された凸部を前記筒部(22B)の内周に形成された凹部に嵌合させることによって、前記蓋部材(22)を前記ナット(8)に取り付けたことを特徴とする電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記蓋部(22A)の内周に円筒状のスクレーパ部(22a)を形成し、該スクレーパ部(22a)の内径(φD)を前記ネジ軸(3)の外径(φd)よりも若干大きく設定して該スクレーパ部(22a)と前記ネジ軸(3)との間に径方向の微小隙間(δ)を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記筒部(22B)の外径は、前記ナット(8)の外径以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記蓋部材(22)は、ゴム材で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れかに記載の電動アクチュエータ。
