Description
- シールは、半径方向切断面に沿って、多角形形状を有する断面を有し、
- 断面は、2つの平行な側部を備えた台形形状を備え、台形の2つの平行な側部は、半径方向外側側面および半径方向内側側面によって形成され、
- 断面は、底面に対して少なくとも1つの傾斜した平面部分を備えた上面を有し、
- 上面は、底面と平行な第1の平面部分と、底面に対して傾斜した平面部分とを備え、
- 前記少なくとも1つの傾斜した平面部分は、前記底面に対して傾斜を有し、前記傾斜は、0°より大きく、45°以下であり、
- シールは、半径方向切断面に沿って、1/4円形状を有する断面を有し、
- シールは、エラストマ製、好ましくはニトリル製であり、
- シールは、深度計圧力センサの変形可能膜に対して圧縮されるように構成される、のうちの1つまたは複数を有することができる。
- 底部によって閉じられたケースであって、底部は、深度計の外側と流体的に連通している圧力チャンバを区切る、ケースと、
- 前記圧力チャンバの上方に配置された変形可能膜を備えた圧力センサと、
- 本発明によるシールであって、前記圧力チャンバに対する前記ケースの気密性を確保する、シールとを備えた深度計に関する。

- 通常の方式で底部28をケース6に固定し、第2の垂直リム24の高さが、シール21、121に加えられる予応力を自動的に決定することしか単に必要とされないので、圧力センサ17の組立ては、極めて単純であると容易に理解される。
- 潜水深度に関係なく、したがって圧力センサの位置に関係なく、必要な気密性レベルを確保すること、
- 深度計、特にダイビングウォッチで従来使用されているシールと同様のサイズ、
- シールを配置するためのチャネルまたは溝を排除することにより、変形可能膜の周辺領域の腐食の問題を取り除くことを可能にする。

- 深度計(100)であって、
- 底部(28)によって閉じられたケース(6)であって、前記底部(28)は、前記底部(28)が前記ケース(6)に設けられた場合に前記深度計(100)の外側と流体的に連通する圧力チャンバ(29)を形成する、ケース(6)と、
- 前記圧力チャンバ(29)の上方に配置された変形可能膜(12)を備える圧力センサ(17)と、
- 前記圧力チャンバ(29)に対して上方に位置する前記ケース(6)の気密性を確保する、シール(21、121)と、を備え、
前記シール(21、121)は、半径方向内側側面(213、223)と、半径方向外側側面(214、224)と、前記変形可能膜(12)の側における上面(212)とは反対側に存する底面(211)と、を備え、
前記シール(21、121)の前記半径方向内側側面(213、223)の半径方向切断面の輪郭における半径方向と直交する第1直線部分(h1)は、前記半径方向外側側面(214、224)の前記輪郭における半径方向と直交する第2直線部分(h2)よりも長く、
前記半径方向内側側面(213、223)および前記半径方向外側側面(214、224)は、前記底面(211)から実質的に直交な方向に沿って延びることを特徴とする、深度計(100)。 - 前記シール(21、121)は圧縮され、前記変形可能膜(12)を前記底部(28)に対して支持する支持要素を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の深度計(100)。
- 前記シール(21、121)は、前記変形可能膜(12)の周辺領域(13)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の深度計(100)。
- 前記変形可能膜(12)の前記周辺領域(13)は、前記圧力チャンバ(29)内の圧力の増加の影響下で前記変形可能膜(12)が変形されるときに、前記シール(21、121)に圧力を印加した状態で前記シール(21、121)の上で旋回できることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の深度計(100)。
- 前記底部(28)は、前記シール(21、121)を収納するためのチャネルまたは溝がないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の深度計(100)。
- 前記底部(28)は、前記圧力チャンバ(29)の底部分を形成する上面(28a)を備え、前記シール(21、121)は、前記圧力チャンバ(29)の前記底部分を形成する前記底部(28)の前記上面(28a)に直接配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の深度計(100)。
- 前記深度計(100)は、前記シール(21、121)のセンタリングを容易にするために、前記底部(28)の前記上面(28a)に配置されたインデクス部材(31)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の深度計(100)。
- 前記シール(21、121)は、前記圧力チャンバ(29)の周辺部分を区切ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の深度計(100)。
- 前記変形可能膜(12)は、金属ディスクによって、またはアモルファス金属合金ディスクによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の深度計(100)。
- 請求項1に記載の深度計(100)を備えた、計時器。
