That is, the aqueous phase component and the oil phase component are each prepared at a predetermined temperature of about 25°C, heated to 80°C for emulsification, and then cooled to room temperature while stirring to obtain the topical skin preparation of the present invention.

<皮膚外用剤の評価>
下記表1に記載の組成に従って、水中油型乳化物である皮膚外用剤(実施例1~8、比較例1~2)を製造した。具体的には、水に、1,3-ブチレングリコール、(a)、フェノキシエタノールを加えて混合し、調製した水相成分と、(d)の油剤に(b)、(c)、及びアクリル酸ナトリウム・アクリロイルジメチルタウリン酸ナトリウム共重合体を加えて混合し、調製した油相成分とを80℃に加温して乳化を行った後、撹拌しながら室温程度まで冷却した。得られた皮膚外用剤について、下記項目の評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
粘度測定
得られた皮膚外用剤の粘度を、粘度計(ブルックフィールド社製 RVT型)を用いて測定した。
使用感の評価
被験者として、年齢が20代~30代の5名を無作為に選出した。被験者の顔に上記皮膚外用剤を使用し、使用感(塗布時の伸び、すべりの良さ、塗布後のべたつきのなさ、きしみのなさ、ほどよいしっとり感)を評価項目として総合的に判断し、5段階の評価基準に基づいてアンケートを行った。アンケートの平均値を算出し、評価した。
・5:とても良い
・4:良い
・3:どちらでもない
・2:悪い
・1:とても悪い
シワ隠し効果の評価
被験者として、年齢が20代~30代の5名を無作為に選出した。被験者の顔に上記皮膚外用剤を使用し、使用前と比較してどの程度シワが目立たなくなっているかを、5段階の評価基準に基づいてアンケートを行った。アンケートの平均値を算出し、評価した。
・5:とても良い(使用前と比べてシワが目立たない)
・4:良い
・3:使用前後で変わらない
・2:悪い
・1:とても悪い(使用前と比べてシワが目立つ)
角層水分量の評価
被験者として、年齢が20代~30代の5名を無作為に選出した。前腕内側における皮膚外用剤塗布予定箇所4cm×4cmの測定部分について下記の方法にて角層水分量を、皮表角層水分量測定装置SKICON-200EX(アイ・ビイ・エス社製)を用いて測定した。この皮表角層水分量測定装置は、皮膚のコンダクタンス(電気伝導度、単位:μS)を角層の水分量として評価したものである。次に、前記の測定部位に上記皮膚外用剤を塗布し、皮膚外用剤使用時における角層水分量の測定を行った。
<Evaluation of topical skin preparations>
According to the compositions shown in Table 1 below, topical skin preparations (Examples 1 to 8, Comparative Examples 1 and 2) that are oil-in-water emulsions were produced. Specifically, 1,3-butylene glycol, (a), and phenoxyethanol were added to water and mixed to prepare an aqueous phase component, and (b), (c), and sodium acrylate-sodium acryloyldimethyltaurate copolymer were added to the oil agent (d) and mixed to prepare an oil phase component. The aqueous phase component was heated to 80° C. to emulsify, and then cooled to about room temperature while stirring. The obtained topical skin preparations were evaluated for the following items. The results are shown in Table 1.
Viscosity measurements
The viscosity of the obtained skin preparation was measured using a viscometer (Model RVT, manufactured by Brookfield).
Evaluation of usability
Five subjects in their 20s to 30s were randomly selected as subjects. The skin topical preparation was applied to the face of each subject, and the subject was asked to evaluate the feel of the product (spreadability upon application, smoothness, non-stickiness after application, non-squeakiness, and moderate moisturizing sensation) comprehensively, and a questionnaire was administered based on a five-point scale. The average value of the questionnaire was calculated and evaluated.
・5: Very good ・4: Good ・3: Neither good nor bad ・2: Bad ・1: Very bad
Evaluation of wrinkle hiding effect
Five subjects in their 20s to 30s were randomly selected as subjects. The subjects used the skin topical agent on their faces, and were asked to rate the extent to which wrinkles had become less noticeable after use, based on a five-point scale. The average value of the questionnaire was calculated and evaluated.
・5: Very good (wrinkles are less noticeable than before use)
・4: Good ・3: No change before and after use ・2: Bad ・1: Very bad (wrinkles are more noticeable than before use)
Assessment of stratum corneum moisture content
Five subjects in their 20s to 30s were randomly selected as subjects. The moisture content of the stratum corneum was measured in a 4 cm x 4 cm measurement area on the inside of the forearm where the topical skin preparation was to be applied, using a skin epidermal moisture content measuring device SKICON-200EX (manufactured by IBS Co., Ltd.) by the following method. This skin epidermal moisture content measuring device evaluates the moisture content of the stratum corneum as the skin conductance (electrical conductivity, unit: μS). Next, the topical skin preparation was applied to the measurement site, and the moisture content of the stratum corneum was measured when the topical skin preparation was used.
表1に記載されるとおり、本発明の組成物である実施例1~8は粘度が4,800mPa・s以上と高い値を示した。表1から明らかなとおり、実施例1~8の皮膚外用剤は、使用時の角層水分量が高いため高い保湿効果を有し、シワ隠し効果に優れ、さらに、塗布時の伸び、すべりの良さ、塗布後のべたつきのなさ、きしみのなさ、ほどよいしっとり感といった使用感が良好であることが判る。これに対し、比較例1の皮膚外用剤は、シワ隠し効果が低く、使用感が悪いものであり、比較例2の皮膚外用剤は、シワ隠し効果が低く、使用感が悪いだけでなく、角層水分量も低く、保湿効果が低いことが判る。以上の結果より、本発明の皮膚外用剤は、高い保湿効果、シワ隠し効果、及び使用感に優れたものであることは明らかである。 As shown in Table 1, the compositions of the present invention, Examples 1 to 8, showed a high viscosity of 4,800 mPa·s or more. 下記表2に記載の組成に従って、実施例1と同様の方法で水中油型乳化物である皮膚外用剤を製造した。下記製造例にて得られた皮膚外用剤は、粘度が3,000mPa・s以上であり、高い保湿効果、シワ隠し効果、及び使用感に優れるものである。

(c)シリカ又は顔料級酸化チタンから選ばれる少なくとも1種以上の粉体

(a) a heparinoid; (b) at least one type of ultraviolet scattering agent other than a powder selected from silica and pigment-grade titanium oxide;
(c) at least one powder selected from silica or pigment-grade titanium oxide; (d) at least one oil selected from ethylhexyl palmitate, isostearic acid, or polyhydroxystearic acid.
