被験者として、年齢が20代~30代の5名を無作為に選出した。被験者の顔に上記皮膚外用剤を使用し、使用前と比較してどの程度シワが目立たなくなっているかを、5段階の評価基準に基づいてアンケートを行った。アンケートの平均値を算出し、評価した。
・5:とても良い(使用前と比べてシワが目立たない)
・4:良い
・3:使用前後で変わらない
・2:悪い
・1:とても悪い(使用前と比べてシワが目立つ)
角層水分量の評価
被験者として、年齢が20代~30代の5名を無作為に選出した。前腕内側における皮膚外用剤塗布予定箇所4cm×4cmの測定部分について下記の方法にて角層水分量を、皮表角層水分量測定装置SKICON-200EX(アイ・ビイ・エス社製)を用いて測定した。この皮表角層水分量測定装置は、皮膚のコンダクタンス(電気伝導度、単位:μS)を角層の水分量として評価したものである。次に、前記の測定部位に上記皮膚外用剤を塗布し、皮膚外用剤使用時における角層水分量の測定を行った。
<Evaluation of topical skin preparation>
According to the composition shown in Table 1 below, topical skin preparations (Examples 1 to 8, Comparative Examples 1 and 2), which are oil-in-water emulsions, were produced. Specifically, 1,3-butylene glycol, (a), and phenoxyethanol are added to water and mixed to prepare an aqueous phase component, (d) oil agent (b), (c), and acrylic acid. Sodium/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer was added and mixed, and the prepared oil phase component was heated to 80° C. for emulsification, and then cooled to about room temperature while stirring. The obtained external preparation for skin was evaluated for the following items. Table 1 shows the results.
Viscosity measurement
The viscosity of the obtained external preparation for skin was measured using a viscometer (RVT model manufactured by Brookfield).
Evaluation of usability
Five subjects in their twenties to thirties were randomly selected as subjects. Using the above external preparation for skin on the subject's face, the feeling of use (spreadability at the time of application, smoothness, non-stickiness after application, non-squeaky feeling, moderate moist feeling) was comprehensively judged as an evaluation item, A questionnaire was conducted based on five-level evaluation criteria. The average value of the questionnaire was calculated and evaluated.

Evaluation of wrinkle hiding effect
Five subjects in their twenties to thirties were randomly selected as subjects. After using the external preparation for skin on the face of the subject, a questionnaire was conducted based on five-level evaluation criteria to determine to what extent wrinkles were less noticeable than before use. The average value of the questionnaire was calculated and evaluated.
・ 5: Very good (wrinkles are less noticeable than before use)
・ 4: Good ・ 3: No change before and after use ・ 2: Bad ・ 1: Very bad (wrinkles are more noticeable than before use)
Evaluation of stratum corneum moisture content
Five subjects in their twenties to thirties were randomly selected as subjects. The water content of the stratum corneum was measured by the following method for a 4 cm x 4 cm portion of the inside of the forearm where the topical skin preparation was to be applied, using a skin surface stratum corneum moisture measuring device SKICON-200EX (manufactured by IBS Co., Ltd.). It was measured. This skin surface stratum corneum water content measuring device evaluates skin conductance (electrical conductivity, unit: μS) as the water content of the stratum corneum. Next, the skin preparation for external use was applied to the measurement site, and the water content of the stratum corneum was measured when the skin preparation for external use was used.
表1に記載されるとおり、本発明の組成物である実施例1~8は粘度が4,800mPa・s以上と高い値を示した。表1から明らかなとおり、実施例1~8の皮膚外用剤は、使用時の角層水分量が高いため高い保湿効果を有し、シワ隠し効果に優れ、さらに、塗布時の伸び、すべりの良さ、塗布後のべたつきのなさ、きしみのなさ、ほどよいしっとり感といった使用感が良好であることが判る。これに対し、比較例1の皮膚外用剤は、シワ隠し効果が低く、使用感が悪いものであり、比較例2の皮膚外用剤は、シワ隠し効果が低く、使用感が悪いだけでなく、角層水分量も低く、保湿効果が低いことが判る。以上の結果より、本発明の皮膚外用剤は、高い保湿効果、シワ隠し効果、及び使用感に優れたものであることは明らかである。 As shown in Table 1, Examples 1 to 8, which are the compositions of the present invention, exhibited high viscosity values of 4,800 mPa·s or more. 下記表2に記載の組成に従って、実施例1と同様の方法で水中油型乳化物である皮膚外用剤を製造した。下記製造例にて得られた皮膚外用剤は、粘度が3,000mPa・s以上であり、高い保湿効果、シワ隠し効果、及び使用感に優れるものである。
