Claims (7)
- 厚み方向に並べられた複数の電池セルを含んで構成された電池スタックと、
前記電池セルの天壁に設けられ、該電池セルの内部で発生したガスを排出するガス排出弁と、
前記電池スタックを密閉状態で収容した樹脂製の筐体と、
前記筐体の内部で、かつ前記ガス排出弁と上下方向に対向して配置された金属プレートと、
前記電池スタックが内側に収容可能となる枠状に形成されて前記筐体の内部に配置された補強部材と、
を備え、
前記補強部材の上端部に前記金属プレートが配置されている電池パック。 - 厚み方向に並べられた複数の電池セルを含んで構成された電池スタックと、
前記電池セルの天壁に設けられ、該電池セルの内部で発生したガスを排出するガス排出弁と、
前記電池スタックを密閉状態で収容した樹脂製の筐体と、
前記筐体の内部で、かつ前記ガス排出弁と上下方向に対向して配置された金属プレートと、
前記筐体の一方の側部に形成された開口部を閉鎖する横蓋部と、
前記筐体の上部に形成された開口部を閉鎖する上蓋部と、
を備え、
前記横蓋部は、前記上蓋部に形成された係止部が係止される被係止部を有する電池パック。 - 厚み方向に並べられた複数の電池セルを含んで構成された電池スタックと、
前記電池セルの天壁に設けられ、該電池セルの内部で発生したガスを排出するガス排出弁と、
前記電池スタックを密閉状態で収容した樹脂製の筐体と、
前記筐体の内部で、かつ前記ガス排出弁と上下方向に対向して配置された金属プレートと、
前記筐体の一方の側部に形成された開口部を閉鎖する横蓋部と、
前記電池スタックに設けられた電極端子と前記横蓋部に設けられた電極端子とを電気的に接続するバスバーと、
を備え、
前記横蓋部は、前記バスバーの取り付け時に該バスバーの横倒れを防止する横倒れ防止部を有する電池パック。 - 前記横倒れ防止部は、前記バスバーに形成された爪部が挿入されるスリット部で構成されている請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記筐体に設けられ、前記ガス排出弁から排出された前記ガスを前記筐体の外部へ排出する逆止弁を備えた請求項1~請求項4の何れか1項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ガス排出弁は、平面視で前記天壁における前記厚み方向と直交する方向の略中央部に設けられている請求項1~請求項5の何れか1項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池スタックは、補助用電源である請求項1~請求項6の何れか1項に記載の電池パック。
