図1に示すように、粉体排出量調整部4は、押圧部材41と、付勢部材42と、を有し、ローラー3の外周面に付着した粉体100の塊を擦り切ってローラー3から離脱させ、排出量を調整する部材である。

- 粉体を貯留する内部空間と、前記内部空間から前記粉体を外部に排出する排出口と、を有する貯留槽を備える貯留部と、
外周面が粗面で構成され、前記内部空間と前記外部とにまたがって、前記排出口に回転可能に設けられたローラーと、
前記ローラーの前記外周面に押圧され、弾性を有する多孔質体で構成された押圧部材を有する粉体排出量調整部と、を備えることを特徴とする粉体供給装置。 - 前記押圧部材は、単独気泡を有するものである請求項1に記載の粉体供給装置。
- 前記ローラーの外周面の表面粗さRzは、1以上1000以下である請求項1または2に記載の粉体供給装置。
- 前記粉体の平均粒径Dは、150μm以上である請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の粉体供給装置。
- 前記押圧部材は、前記ローラーの前記外周面のうち、前記ローラーの中心軸よりも下方側の部分に押圧される請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の粉体供給装置。
- 前記粉体排出量調整部は、前記押圧部材を前記ローラーの前記外周面に向かって付勢する付勢部材を有する請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の粉体供給装置。
