また、上記目的を達成するために、請求項3に記載の車両制御装置は、車両の動作を制御する車両制御装置であって、発話者の発話による発話データを取得する発話取得部と、前記発話取得部が取得した前記発話データに基づいた、前記車両の運転を開始しようとする前記発話者が飲酒した状態であるか否かを表す情報を取得する状態取得部と、前記状態取得部から出力された前記情報から、前記発話者が飲酒した状態であるか否かを判定し、前記発話者が飲酒した状態である場合、前記発話者が前記車両の運転を開始するための前記車両に対する操作である開始操作の制限に関する制御を行う制御部と、を備え、前記開始操作は前記発話者の発話によって行われ、前記開始操作を行うための発話の言葉は、前記発話者が前記開始操作を指示する内容の言葉であり、前記制御部は、前記車両の外側且つ運転席のドア側から入力された前記発話者の発話から、前記発話者が飲酒した状態であるか否かを判定し、前記発話者が飲酒した状態である場合、前記開始操作の制限に関する制御として前記運転席のドアの開閉について制限を行い、一方、前記発話者が飲酒した状態ではない場合、前記運転席のドアの開閉について制限を行わず、前記車両の運転席のドアの開閉について制限を行わなかった場合に、次に、前記運転席にいる前記発話者の発話から、前記発話者が飲酒した状態であるか否かを判定し、前記発話者が飲酒した状態である場合、前記開始操作の制限に関する制御として前記車両のエンジンを始動させる操作を制限する。

- 車両の動作を制御する車両制御装置であって、
発話者の発話による発話データを取得する発話取得部と、
前記発話取得部が取得した前記発話データに基づいた、前記車両の運転を開始しようとする前記発話者が飲酒した状態であるか否かを表す情報を取得する状態取得部と、
前記状態取得部から出力された前記情報から、前記発話者が飲酒した状態であるか否かを判定し、前記発話者が飲酒した状態である場合、前記発話者が前記車両の運転を開始するための前記車両に対する操作である開始操作の制限に関する制御を行う制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、

発話者の発話による発話データを取得する発話取得部と、
前記発話取得部が取得した前記発話データに基づいた、前記車両の運転を開始しようとする前記発話者が飲酒した状態であるか否かを表す情報を取得する状態取得部と、
前記状態取得部から出力された前記情報から、前記発話者が飲酒した状態であるか否かを判定し、前記発話者が飲酒した状態である場合、前記発話者が前記車両の運転を開始するための前記車両に対する操作である開始操作の制限に関する制御を行う制御部と、
を備え、
前記開始操作は前記発話者の発話によって行われ、
前記開始操作を行うための発話の言葉は、前記発話者が前記開始操作を指示する内容の言葉であり、
前記制御部は、
前記車両の外側且つ運転席のドア側から入力された前記発話者の発話から、前記発話者が飲酒した状態であるか否かを判定し、前記発話者が飲酒した状態である場合、前記開始操作の制限に関する制御として前記運転席のドアの開閉について制限を行い、一方、前記発話者が飲酒した状態ではない場合、前記運転席のドアの開閉について制限を行わず、
前記車両の運転席のドアの開閉について制限を行わなかった場合に、次に、前記運転席にいる前記発話者の発話から、前記発話者が飲酒した状態であるか否かを判定し、前記発話者が飲酒した状態である場合、前記開始操作の制限に関する制御として前記車両のエンジンを始動させる操作を制限する、
車両制御装置。 - 前記開始操作の制限に関する制御は、前記開始操作を禁止する制御、及び前記開始操作に応じた前記車両の動作を禁止する制御の少なくとも一方を含む、
請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記発話者による応答を促す音声を出力する出力部をさらに備え、
前記発話取得部は、前記出力部から出力した前記音声に対する前記発話者による応答を前記発話として取得する、
請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記発話者の顔色、表情、及び動作の少なくとも一つを検出する検出部をさらに備え、
前記状態取得部は、前記検出部の検出結果と、前記発話データとに基づいた、前記情報を取得する、
請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記発話取得部が取得した前記発話データが示す発話の発話者が運転者であるか否かを判定する判定部をさらに備え、
前記判定部が前記発話者が前記運転者であると判定した場合に、前記状態取得部は、前記情報を取得する
請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の車両制御装置。 - AIスピーカーである、
請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の車両制御装置。 - 車両の動作を制御する車両制御方法であって、
発話者の発話による発話データを取得し、
取得した前記発話データに基づいた、前記車両の運転を開始しようとする前記発話者が飲酒した状態であるか否かを表す情報を取得し、
前記情報から、前記発話者が飲酒した状態であるか否かを判定し、前記発話者が飲酒した状態である場合、前記発話者が前記車両の運転を開始するための前記車両に対する操作である開始操作の制限に関する制御を行い、
前記開始操作の制限に関する制御では、
前記車両の外側且つ運転席のドア側から入力された前記発話者の発話から、前記発話者が飲酒した状態であるか否かを判定し、前記発話者が飲酒した状態である場合、前記開始操作の制限に関する制御として前記運転席のドアの開閉について制限を行い、一方、前記発話者が飲酒した状態ではない場合、前記運転席のドアの開閉について制限を行わず、
前記車両の運転席のドアの開閉について制限を行わなかった場合に、次に、前記運転席にいる前記発話者の発話から、前記発話者が飲酒した状態であるか否かを判定し、前記発話者が飲酒した状態である場合、前記開始操作の制限に関する制御として前記車両のエンジンを始動させる操作を制限する、

発話者の発話による発話データを取得し、
取得した前記発話データに基づいた、前記車両の運転を開始しようとする前記発話者が飲酒した状態であるか否かを表す情報を取得し、
前記情報から、前記発話者が飲酒した状態であるか否かを判定し、前記発話者が飲酒した状態である場合、前記発話者が前記車両の運転を開始するための前記車両に対する操作である開始操作の制限に関する制御を行い、
前記開始操作の制限に関する制御では、
前記車両の外側且つ運転席のドア側から入力された前記発話者の発話から、前記発話者が飲酒した状態であるか否かを判定し、前記発話者が飲酒した状態である場合、前記開始操作の制限に関する制御として前記運転席のドアの開閉について制限を行い、一方、前記発話者が飲酒した状態ではない場合、前記運転席のドアの開閉について制限を行わず、
前記車両の運転席のドアの開閉について制限を行わなかった場合に、次に、前記運転席にいる前記発話者の発話から、前記発話者が飲酒した状態であるか否かを判定し、前記発話者が飲酒した状態である場合、前記開始操作の制限に関する制御として前記車両のエンジンを始動させる操作を制限する、
