Claims (12)
- コーティング部と非コーティング部を有する電極基材を走行させる電極製造装置において、
前記電極基材を走行させる走行ローラを含み、
前記走行ローラは、第1ローラ、および第2ローラを含み、
前記第1ローラは内部ローラであり、前記第2ローラは外部ローラとして前記第1ローラの周りを囲んでおり、
前記第2ローラの中央部直径が前記第2ローラの一端部直径よりも大きく、
前記第2ローラは前記電極基材の走行方向と垂直な軸方向に位置可変する、電極製造装置。 - 前記第1ローラと前記第2ローラは軸方向に分離されるタイプである、請求項1に記載の電極製造装置。
- 前記第1ローラは前記第2ローラよりも軸方向長さが長く、前記第2ローラの軸方向端部から前記第1ローラが露出している、請求項1または2に記載の電極製造装置。
- 前記第2ローラの軸方向端部から露出している前記第1ローラの外側面に少なくとも一つの溝を有する第1溝部が形成されており、
前記第2ローラの軸方向端部には少なくとも一つの第2溝部が形成されている、請求項3に記載の電極製造装置。 - コーティング部と非コーティング部を有する電極基材を走行させる電極製造装置において、
前記電極基材を走行させる走行ローラを含み、
前記走行ローラは、第1ローラ、および前記第1ローラの外側面を囲む第2ローラを含み、
前記第2ローラの中央部直径が前記第2ローラの一端部直径よりも大きく、
前記第1ローラは前記第2ローラよりも軸方向長さが長く、前記第2ローラの軸方向端部から前記第1ローラが露出しており、
前記第2ローラの軸方向端部から露出している前記第1ローラの外側面に少なくとも一つの溝を有する第1溝部が形成されており、
前記第2ローラの軸方向端部には少なくとも一つの第2溝部が形成されている、電極製造装置。 - 前記第2ローラが軸方向に位置可変しながら前記第1溝部と前記第2溝部が一致する時、前記第1ローラと前記第2ローラは締結部材により連結される、請求項4または5に記載の電極製造装置。
- 前記締結部材はボルト結合方式である、請求項6に記載の電極製造装置。
- 前記電極基材は、圧延工程が行われたコーティング部と非コーティング部を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電極製造装置。
- 前記第2ローラの軸方向端部から前記第1ローラが露出しており、前記第2ローラの端部と前記露出している第1ローラとは段差を形成する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電極製造装置。
- 前記露出している第1ローラが前記電極基材に形成されたノッチングタブに対応した状態で、前記電極基材が走行する、請求項9に記載の電極製造装置。
- 前記ノッチングタブは前記非コーティング部の一部がノッチングされて形成されている、請求項10に記載の電極製造装置。
- 前記第2ローラの一端部は前記電極基材と非接触領域を形成する、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の電極製造装置。
