- 補強バッテリパックが、保護要素と冷却手段の間に位置される、規則的に離隔された耐侵入クロスメンバを備える。
- 保護要素が、1500MPa超の引張り強度を有する鋼で作られる。

Claims (5)
- キャリアデバイス(10)と、前記キャリアデバイス(10)に収容された複数のバッテリモジュールと、自動車事故の間に起こり得る物理的侵入、または道路から来る要素の侵入による自動車の通常使用中の物理的侵入の両方に対して、補強バッテリパック中への前述の侵入を回避するように提供されたシールド要素と名付けられた保護要素(1)とを備え、前記キャリアデバイス(10)が保護要素(1)の上にある、電気またはハイブリッド車両のための補強バッテリパック(9)であって、保護要素(1)の固定手段(2)は、キャリアデバイス(10)に取外し可能に固定され、車両(20)のボディ(11)に固定されるようにも構成され、前記固定手段(2)は、保護要素(1)をキャリアデバイス(10)に取外し可能に固定するように提供された第1の固定要素(3)と、保護要素(1)および補強バッテリパックを車両(20)のボディ(11)に取外し可能に固定するように提供された第2の固定要素(4)とを備え、各固定要素(3、4)は、保護要素(1)において扱われる貫通穴(5、6)と、関係する穴(5、6)を通して挿入されるように提供されたねじ(7、8)とを備え、キャリアデバイス(10)は、少なくとも1つの側壁(18)と、バッテリパックの複数のバッテリモジュールを受け入れるように提供された基壁(19)とを備え、第1の面(P1)は、基壁(19)に垂直に延び、側壁(18)の底部を通る平面であり、第2の面(P2)は、基壁(19)に垂直に延び、側壁(18)の上端にあるフランジ(15)の端部を通る平面であり、側壁(18)が前記第1の面(P1)に対するドラフト角(α)に従って基壁(19)に対して傾斜され、2つの平行な前記第1の面(P1)および前記第2の面(P2)によって画定されたロケーションスペース(17)に側壁(18)が含まれ、保護要素(1)の第1の固定要素(3)は、前記ロケーションスペース(17)に含まれる、補強バッテリパック。
- キャリアデバイス(10)は、側壁(18)に固定され、ロケーションスペース(17)に含まれた補強中空構造(16)を備え、第1の固定要素(3)は、前記補強中空構造(16)に固定される、請求項1に記載の補強バッテリパック(9)。
- キャリアデバイス(10)と保護要素(1)との間に挿入され、バッテリモジュールを冷却するように提供された冷却手段(12)であって、キャリアデバイス(10)は、冷却手段(12)の上にある、冷却手段(12)と、
キャリアデバイス(10)に固定されたトップカバー(37)と、
キャリアデバイス(10)に挿入され、前記キャリアデバイス(10)に固定され、複数のハウジングメンバを形成する複数のハウジングクロスメンバを備える、メッシュであって、各バッテリモジュールが関係するハウジングメンバ内に収容される、メッシュと
をさらに備える、請求項1および2のいずれかに記載の補強バッテリパック(9)。 - 保護要素(1)は、1500MPa超の引張り強度を有する鋼で作られる、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の補強バッテリパック(9)。
