Claims (3)
- 軸線方向の両端面に開口した貫通孔をなす磁石挿入孔を備えたロータコアと、前記磁石挿入孔に配置された磁石片と、前記磁石挿入孔に充填された樹脂とを含む磁石埋込み型コアの製造装置であって、
溶融した樹脂を貯留する樹脂ポット室が開口した一つの面を含む基台と、
前記ロータコアを載置されて前記基台の前記一つの面に着脱可能に配置され、前記磁石挿入孔と前記樹脂ポット室とを連通させる連通通路を有するセパレートプレートと、
前記樹脂ポット室に移動可能に設けられ、前記樹脂ポット室の溶融樹脂を、前記連通通路を介して前記磁石挿入孔に圧送するプランジャとを具備し、
前記基台は、前記一つの面の側の外面に開口したポット保持孔を有する基台本体及び前記ポット保持孔に嵌合したポット部材を含み、
前記連通通路は前記樹脂ポット室側に位置するカル開口を含み、
前記ポット保持孔は前記カル開口よりも大きい横断面形状を有し、
前記樹脂ポット室は、前記ポット部材により画定されており、
前記ポット部材の前記一つの面の側の端面が前記基台本体の前記外面に比して前記セパレートプレートから離れる側にあり、
前記基台と前記セパレートプレートとの境界部に、前記ポット部材の前記端面と前記ポット保持孔の内周面と前記セパレートプレートの前記基台側の面とにより、前記樹脂ポット室の全周に亘って径方向外方に向けて延在し且つ径方向内方に向けて開口した環状の凹部が画定されている磁石埋込み型コアの製造装置。 - 前記凹部の前記プランジャの移動方向の厚さが0.1mm~0.3mmである請求項1に記載の磁石埋込み型コアの製造装置。
- 軸線方向の両端面に開口を有する貫通孔をなす磁石挿入孔を備えたロータコアと、前記磁石挿入孔に配置された磁石片と、前記磁石挿入孔に充填された樹脂とを含む磁石埋込み型コアの製造方法であって、
請求項1又は2に記載の製造装置が用いられ、
前記樹脂ポット室の溶融樹脂を前記プランジャによって前記磁石挿入孔に圧送する圧送工程を含み、
当該圧送工程において、前記凹部に進入して当該凹部において流動しない溶融樹脂の硬化の進行が、他の部分で流動している溶融樹脂の硬化の進行より速い磁石埋込み型コアの製造方法。
