Description
[空気入りタイヤ]
以下の説明において、タイヤ径方向とは、空気入りタイヤ1の回転軸であるタイヤ回転軸RXと直交する方向をいう。タイヤ径方向内側とは、タイヤ径方向においてタイヤ回転軸RXに向かう側をいう。タイヤ径方向外側とは、タイヤ径方向においてタイヤ回転軸RXから離れる側をいう。また、タイヤ周方向とは、タイヤ回転軸RXを中心軸とする周り方向をいう。
図2及び図3に示すように、車両500は、空気入りタイヤ1を含む走行装置501と、走行装置501に支持される車体502と、走行装置501を駆動するためのエンジン503とを備える。
図5から図8を用いて、本実施形態に係る空気入りタイヤ1のセンター主溝30Cの位置の変更によるプランジャー試験結果への影響について説明する。図5は、主溝位置の変更によるプランジャー試験結果への影響を説明するための概念図である。図6は、本実施形態に係る空気入りタイヤ1で路面上の突起物を踏んだ状態を示す説明図である。図7は、本実施形態に係る空気入りタイヤ1で路面上の突起物を踏んだ状態を示す模式図である。図8は、センター陸部20Cの幅が比較的広い空気入りタイヤ1で路面上の突起物を踏んだ状態を示す模式図である。なお、図7、図8は、いずれも空気入りタイヤ1をタイヤ回転軸RXに沿った方向に見た場合における模式図である。

Claims (5)
- タイヤ赤道線を挟んでそれぞれタイヤ周方向に延在する一対のセンター主溝と、前記一対のセンター主溝に区画されたセンター陸部とが形成されたトレッド部と、
前記トレッド部の両側にそれぞれ配置された一対のサイドウォール部と、
前記一対のサイドウォール部のタイヤ径方向内側にそれぞれ配置された一対のビード部と、
前記トレッド部から前記一対のサイドウォール部の各々を介して前記一対のビード部に至り前記一対のビード部の各々にて端部がタイヤ幅方向外側に巻き返されたカーカス層と、
前記カーカス層のタイヤ径方向外側に配置されたベルト層と、
を備え、
前記カーカス層を構成するカーカスコードの切断伸度EBが、EB≧15%の条件を満足し、
タイヤ幅方向において、前記センター陸部の幅Wcと前記ベルト層のうち最も幅広なベルトの幅Wbとの比が、0.10≦Wc/Wb≦0.20の条件を満足し、
前記カーカスコードの切断伸度EBと、前記センター陸部の幅Wcと前記最も幅広なベルトの幅Wbとの比Wc/Wbとが、480≦10×1/(Wc/Wb)+20×EB≦900の条件を満足し、
前記カーカスコードの前記サイドウォール部における1.0cN/dtex負荷時の中間伸度EMが、3.3%≦EM≦4.2%の条件を満足する、空気入りタイヤ。 - タイヤ幅方向において、タイヤ赤道線上に前記センター陸部が位置し、前記センター陸部の幅Wcを前記タイヤ赤道線で分割して、車幅方向外側の幅をWca、車幅方向内側の幅をWcbとしたとき、0.8≦Wca/Wcb≦1.2の条件を満足する、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記一対のセンター主溝のうち、車幅方向外側のセンター主溝の幅をWg1、車幅方向内側のセンター主溝の幅をWg2としたとき、0.7≦Wg1/Wg2≦1.3の条件を満足する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記カーカスコードの正量繊度CFが、4000dtex≦CF≦8000dtexの条件を満足する、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- ディップ処理後の前記カーカスコードの撚り係数CTが、CT≧2000(T/dm)×dtex0.5の条件を満足する、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
