Claims (7)
- 電源から供給された電力をモータを駆動するための交流電力に変換して出力する主電力変換回路と、
前記主電力変換回路の交流出力側と前記モータとの間に設けられる逆起電力保護回路であって、前記モータの逆起電力に基づく交流電力を整流して直流電力を出力する整流部と、前記整流部の直流出力側の端子間を短絡する短絡部と、異常発生時にアラーム信号を出力するアラーム信号出力部と、を有する逆起電力保護回路と、
前記アラーム信号出力部から前記アラーム信号が出力されたか否かを監視する監視部と、
前記監視部により前記アラーム信号出力部から前記アラーム信号が出力されたと判定された場合、前記主電力変換回路の損傷を防ぐための保護動作を実行する保護動作部と、
を備え、
前記アラーム信号出力部は、前記短絡部内のスイッチ機構の接点故障である第1の異常を示すアラーム信号、前記逆起電力保護回路内の部品の異常発熱である第2の異常を示すアラーム信号、及び前記短絡部へ駆動電力を供給する制御電源の故障である第3の異常を示すアラーム信号のうちのいずれかを出力し、
前記監視部は、前記アラーム信号出力部から出力された前記アラーム信号に基づき、前記逆起電力保護回路で発生した異常の内容が、前記第1の異常、前記第2の異常、及び前記第3の異常のうちのいずれであるかを判別する、モータ駆動装置。 - 前記監視部により判別された前記異常の内容を記録する記録部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記監視部により判別された前記異常の内容を表示する表示部をさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記監視部により判別された前記異常の内容を外部装置に記録または表示させるよう制御する外部装置制御部をさらに備える、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記保護動作部は、前記監視部により前記アラーム信号出力部から前記アラーム信号が出力されたと判定された場合、前記モータの加減速度が、前記監視部による当該判定前のときの値よりも小さい値になるよう前記主電力変換回路による電力変換動作を制御する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記保護動作部は、前記監視部により前記アラーム信号出力部から前記アラーム信号が出力されたと判定された場合、前記モータに対する励磁をオフする制御を実行する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記主電力変換回路は、
交流入力側から供給された交流電力を直流電力に変換して直流出力側であるDCリンクへ出力するコンバータと、
前記DCリンクに設けられるDCリンクコンデンサと、
前記DCリンクにおける直流電力を前記モータの駆動のための交流電力に変換して出力するインバータと、
を有する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のモータ駆動装置。
