Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態を添付図面にしたがって説明する。
図1(b)に示すように、本実施の形態に係るケーブル1では、シールド層5は、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金からなる複数本の第1金属素線51と、銅または銅合金からなる複数本の第2金属素線52とを用い、第1金属素線51と第2金属素線52とが交差するように編み組みした編組シールドからなる。
以上説明したように、本実施の形態に係るケーブル1では、シールド層5が、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金からなる複数本の第1金属素線51と、銅または銅合金からなる複数本の第2金属素線52とを用い、第1金属素線51と第2金属素線52とが交差するように編み組みした編組シールドからなる。このようなシールド層5を備えることで、軽量化が可能であり、配線しやすく、かつ、ケーブル1を曲げてもシールド層5を構成する金属素線に断線が発生しにくいケーブル1を実現できる。
次に、以上説明した実施の形態から把握される技術思想について、実施の形態における符号等を援用して記載する。ただし、以下の記載における各符号等は、特許請求の範囲における構成要素を実施の形態に具体的に示した部材等に限定するものではない。

Claims (5)
- 1本以上の電線を有するケーブルコアと、
前記ケーブルコアの周囲に設けられたシースと、を備え、
前記ケーブルコアと前記シースとの間に、前記ケーブルコアの周囲に螺旋状に巻き付けられた押さえ巻きテープ、及び前記押さえ巻きテープの周囲を覆うシールド層を有し、
前記シールド層は、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金からなる複数本の第1金属素線と、銅または銅合金からなる複数本の第2金属素線とが交差するように編み組みされた編組シールドからなり、
ケーブル長手方向に垂直な断面視で、前記複数本の第1金属素線のそれぞれの断面積を合計した断面積S1と前記複数本の第2金属素線のそれぞれの断面積を合計した断面積S2との比S1/S2は、1.22以上1.86以下である、
ケーブル。 - 前記第1金属素線の断面積は、前記第2金属素線の断面積よりも大きい、
請求項1に記載のケーブル。 - 前記第1金属素線の断面積は、前記第2金属素線の断面積の1.5倍以上2.0倍以下である、
請求項2に記載のケーブル。 - 前記第1金属素線は、軟質材からなり、引張強さが90MPa以上、伸び率が10%以上、導電率が60%以上である、
請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のケーブル。 - 前記第2金属素線は、軟質材からなり、引張強さが200MPa以上、伸び率が10%以上、導電率が98%以上である、
請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のケーブル。
