Description
Claims (5)
- 加工エリアを区画形成する第1カバー体と、
前記加工エリア内からミストを回収するためのミストコレクタと、
前記加工エリア内からヒュームを回収するためのヒュームコレクタと、
前記第1カバー体に接続され、前記加工エリア内に連通する第1配管と、
前記第1配管から分岐し、前記ミストコレクタおよび前記ヒュームコレクタにそれぞれ接続される第2配管および第3配管と、
前記第1配管および前記第2配管の間を連通させ、前記第1配管および前記第3配管の間を遮断する第1切り替えモードと、前記第1配管および前記第2配管の間を遮断し、前記第1配管および前記第3配管の間を連通させる第2切り替えモードとの間で動作可能な第1切り替えバルブとを備える、加工機械。 - 前記第1切り替えバルブは、前記第1配管と、前記第2配管および前記第3配管との分岐位置に設けられる、請求項1に記載の加工機械。
- ワークの除去加工時に前記第1切り替えモードが選択され、ワークの付加加工時に前記第2切り替えモードが選択されるように、前記第1切り替えバルブの動作を制御する制御装置をさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載の加工機械。
- 前記加工エリア内に向けて粉末を供給するためのパウダーフィーダと、
前記パウダーフィーダを収容する空間を区画形成する第2カバー体と、
前記第3配管の管路上から分岐し、前記第2カバー体に接続され、前記空間内に連通する第4配管と、
前記第3配管および前記第4配管の間を遮断する第3切り替えモードと、前記第3配管および前記第4配管の間を連通させる第4切り替えモードとの間で動作可能な第2切り替えバルブとをさらに備える、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の加工機械。 - 前記パウダーフィーダに対する粉末の非補充時に、前記第3切り替えモードが選択され、前記パウダーフィーダに対する粉末の補充時に、前記第4切り替えモードが選択されるように、前記第2切り替えバルブの動作を制御する制御装置をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の加工機械。
