Description
前記粉体入口に接続される筒と、を備える。ここで、前記筒の下端における前記筒の軸に垂直な断面の断面積をAS[m2]、前記気体出口の断面積をAB[m2]とした時に、下式を満たす。
前記筒の上端から供給した粉体を、前記筒内を流下させて前記筒の下端から前記容器内に供給する工程を備える。
熱可塑性樹脂粉を、前記筒の上端から供給し、及び、前記筒内を流下させて前記筒の下端から前記容器内に供給する工程と、添加剤粉を前記容器に供給する工程と、
前記容器内の熱可塑性樹脂粉及び添加剤粉を、前記粉体出口から前記シリンダ内に供給する工程と、
前記スクリューにより前記熱可塑性樹脂粉及び添加剤粉を溶融及び混練して熱可塑性樹脂組成物を得る工程と、を備える。
AS/AB≦2.0であることが好ましく、AS/AB≦1.0であることがより好ましく、AS/AB≦0.3であることが更に好ましく、AS/AB≦0.2であることが特に好ましい。
AS/ABは0より大きく、0.02<AS/ABであることが好ましい。
まず、フィーダ100を用いて、筒70の上端70tから筒内に第1粉体を定量供給する。そして、筒70の上端70tから供給した第1粉体を、筒70内を流下させて筒70の下端70bから排出させ、ホッパ(容器)42内に供給する。

これにより、筒70内を流下する粉体が詰まりにくくなる。
ここで、第1粉体の終端速度Urは下式のアレン域の終端速度式を用いて計算することができる。
Ur={(4/225)×((ρp-ρf)2g2)/(ρfμf)}1/3Dp
Dp:第1粉体の平均粒子径[m]
ρf:同伴ガスの密度[kg/m3]
μf:同伴ガスの粘度[Pa・s]
上記の好適な粒径範囲に対応する、粒子密度(凝集粒子の場合は凝集粒子のみかけ密度)の好適な範囲は、0.1g/cm3以上である。
Claims (7)
- 粉体入口、粉体出口、及び、気体出口を有する容器と、
前記粉体入口に接続される筒と、を備える、粉体貯留器であって、
前記筒の下端における前記筒の軸に垂直な断面の断面積をAS[m2]、
前記気体出口の断面積をAB[m2]とした時に、下式を満たす、粉体貯留器。
AS/AB<4 - 前記筒の軸と水平面とがなす角度が40~90°である、請求項1に記載の粉体貯留器。
- 前記筒の下端の少なくとも一部は、前記容器の粉体入口と同じ高さに位置する、又は、前記粉体入口よりも下に位置している、請求項1または2に記載の粉体貯留器。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の粉体貯留器を用いた粉体貯留方法であって、
前記筒の上端から供給した粉体を、前記筒内を流下させて前記筒の下端から前記容器内に供給する工程を備える、粉体貯留方法。 - 前記筒を介して前記容器内に供給する前記粉体の供給流量をM[kg/s]、前記粉体のかさ密度をρp’[kg/m3]、前記粉体の終端速度をUr[m/s]としたときに、下式を更に満たす、請求項4に記載の粉体貯留方法。
AS>(M/(ρp’Ur)) - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の粉体貯留器と、前記粉体出口に接続されたシリンダと、前記シリンダ内に設けられたスクリューと、を有する、溶融混練機。
- 請求項6に記載の溶融混練機を用いた熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法であって、
熱可塑性樹脂粉を、前記筒の上端から供給し、前記筒内を流下させて前記筒の下端から前記容器内に供給する工程と、添加剤粉を前記容器に供給する工程と、
前記容器内の熱可塑性樹脂粉及び添加剤粉を、前記粉体出口から前記シリンダ内に供給する工程と、
前記スクリューにより前記熱可塑性樹脂粉及び添加剤粉を溶融及び混練して熱可塑性樹脂組成物を得る工程と、を備える、熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法。
