Claims (11)
- ポンプボディ組立体であって、
軸方向において離間して設けられた第1の偏心部(12)、支持軸(13)及び第2の偏心部(15)を含むクランクシャフト(1)と、
前記第1の偏心部(12)と前記第2の偏心部(15)との間に順次設けられた第1のセパレータ(6)及び第2のセパレータ(7)と、を含み、
前記第1のセパレータ(6)には第1の円穴(17)が開けられ、前記支持軸(13)は、前記第1のセパレータ(6)と前記支持軸(13)がセパレータ軸受をなすように、前記第1の円穴(17)内に設けられ、
前記セパレータ軸受は、前記支持軸(13)と前記第1のセパレータ(6)との間の接触応力を減少させる応力緩和構造を有し、
前記応力緩和構造は、前記第1のセパレータ(6)の、前記第1の偏心部(12)に向かう側に設けられた第1の可撓溝(16)を含み、前記第1のセパレータ(6)の、前記第1の偏心部(12)に向かう端面において、前記第1の可撓溝(16)は、前記第1のセパレータ(6)の、前記第1の円穴(17)の内縁に近い側に位置し、
前記ポンプボディ組立体は第1のシリンダ(5)をさらに含み、前記第1の偏心部(12)は前記第1のシリンダ(5)内に設けられ、前記第1のシリンダ(5)にはベーン溝(18)がさらに設けられ、
前記クランクシャフト(1)の回転方向において、前記第1の可撓溝(16)の開始位置と前記ベーン溝(18)との間の夾角αは、100°≦α≦115°である

請求項1に記載のポンプボディ組立体。 - 前記第1のセパレータ(6)の軸方向における高さHと前記第1の円穴(17)の直径Dは、0.38≦H/D≦0.6を満たす
請求項1に記載のポンプボディ組立体。 - 前記第1のセパレータ(6)には排気口(22)が設けられ、前記排気口(22)は、前記第1のセパレータ(6)の、前記第2のセパレータ(7)に近い側に設けられる
請求項1に記載のポンプボディ組立体。 - 前記支持軸(13)には油ガイド穴(13a)が径方向に沿って設けられており、前記クランクシャフト(1)には、軸方向に沿って延びる中心油穴(21)が設けられており、前記油ガイド穴(13a)と前記中心油穴(21)とは連通する
請求項1に記載のポンプボディ組立体。 - 前記応力緩和構造は、前記第1のセパレータ(6)の、前記第2のセパレータ(7)に向かう側に設けられた第2の可撓溝(14)をさらに含み、
