Claims (8)
- バッテリーパックであって、
少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルを含む少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールを支持するケーストレイと、
前記ケーストレイと結合し、前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするケースカバーと、
前記バッテリーモジュール側への水分の浸透又は異物の侵入を防止できるように前記ケーストレイと前記ケースカバーとの間に配置され、前記ケーストレイと前記ケースカバーとの結合時、前記ケーストレイと前記ケースカバーとの間で位置調整を導く少なくとも一つの位置調整ガイドが備えられるシーリングガスケットと、
を含み、
前記シーリングガスケットは、
前記ケーストレイの縁部と前記ケースカバーの縁部との間に配置され、
前記シーリングガスケットは、
前記ケーストレイの縁部及び前記ケースカバーの縁部の形状に対応するように形成されるガスケットバンドと、
前記ガスケットバンドに形成され、前記ケーストレイ及び前記ケースカバーとの結合のための締結部材が貫通する複数個の締結部と、
前記複数個の締結部の間のみに備えられ、前記ガスケットバンドから所定の長さで前記ケーストレイ及び前記ケースカバーとの結合面と平行な方向に突出する前記少なくとも一つの位置調整ガイドと、
を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。 - 前記シーリングガスケットは、
前記ガスケットバンドの外周面に形成され、前記ケーストレイと前記ケースカバーとの結合時に弾性変形可能な弾性ビードを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記弾性ビードは、
前記ガスケットバンドの外周面に形成されるバンドビードと、
前記複数個の締結部の外周面に形成される締結ビードと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記少なくとも一つの位置調整ガイドは、
前記バンドビードと干渉しないように前記バンドビードから離隔して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記バンドビードは、
前記ガスケットバンドの長手方向に沿って形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記少なくとも一つの位置調整ガイドは、
前記複数個の締結部の突出長さと少なくとも同じ突出長さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記位置調整ガイドは、複数個が備えられ、
前記複数個の位置調整ガイドは、前記複数個の締結部同士の間に少なくとも一つ以上が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーパックを含むことを特徴とする、自動車。
