- 質量%で、C:0.08%以下、Si:1.0%以下、Mn:2.0%未満、P:0.045%以下、S:0.02%未満、Ni:8.0%以上9.5%未満、Cr:17%以上21%以下、Mo:0.5%以下、Cu:0.1%以上1.5%以下、N:0.02%以上0.12%以下、O:0.015%以下、Co:0.17%以上0.24%以下、Al:0.024%以下、Sn:0.02%以下を含有するとともに、V、Nb、Ti、Ta、Zrの少なくともいずれか1種を合計で0.093%以上0.381%以下含有し、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなり、
含有されている各元素の含有量の質量%が代入され、無添加のものは0が代入される以下の各式において、
Cu-0.2Moの値が0.10以上で、
25N-Cuの値が0以上で、
Md30=551-462(C+N)-9.2Si-8.1Mn-29(Ni+Cu)-13.7Cr-18.5Moで示されるオーステナイト安定指標であるMd30の値が-40℃~-100℃であり、
ビッカース硬さHVが300以上350以下である
ことを特徴とする低磁性オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼。 - 質量%で、B:0.005%以下をさらに含有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の低磁性オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼。
