Claims (14)
- モールド表面に対して生成された可視前面を有するエラストマースキンを生成するための方法であって、前記可視前面は、視覚的にスポットのある外観を有し、前記方法が、
液体スキン形成組成物を提供するステップと;
液滴のスプレーの形態で前記液体スキン形成組成物を前記モールド表面の少なくとも一部にスプレーするステップと;
前記液体スキン形成組成物を硬化させるステップと;
生成されたエラストマースキンを前記モールド表面から取り外すステップと;
を含む、方法において、
前記液体スキン形成組成物は、40μm~500μmの最長寸法を有する固体スポット形成粒子を0.1重量%~5重量%含み、
前記固体スポット形成粒子の少なくとも50体積%は、ASTM E799-03(2015)に従って決定された前記液滴のメジアン体積径の少なくとも半分の最長寸法を有する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記液体スキン形成組成物は、前記固体スポット形成粒子が、前記生成されたエラストマースキンの不透明マトリックスに含まれるように、少なくとも1種の着色剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記着色剤は、少なくとも90体積%が、最大10μm、特に最大1μm、より具体的には最大0.5μmの最長寸法を有する顔料粒子を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記生成されたエラストマースキンは、0.01重量%~10重量%、好ましくは0.05重量%~7重量%、より好ましくは0.1重量%~5重量%の前記顔料粒子を含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記固体スポット形成粒子は、前記不透明マトリックスとは異なる色であり、前記不透明マトリックスは、特に、CIELAB色空間において、前記固体スポット形成粒子とは異なる色値を有する、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ASTM E799-03(2015)に従って決定された前記液滴のメジアン体積径は、少なくとも40μm、好ましくは少なくとも60μm、より好ましくは少なくとも70μm、最も好ましくは少なくとも80μmである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記固体スポット形成粒子の少なくとも90体積%は、ASTM E799-03(2015)に従って決定された前記液滴のメジアン体積径の少なくとも半分の最長寸法を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記固体スポット形成粒子は、少なくとも50μm、好ましくは少なくとも70μm、より好ましくは少なくとも90μm、最も好ましくは少なくとも100μmの最長寸法を有する粒子を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも40μmの最長寸法を有する前記固体スポット形成粒子の少なくとも75体積%、好ましくは少なくとも90体積%の最長寸法が、少なくとも60μmである、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記生成されたエラストマースキンは、0.2重量%~4重量%、好ましくは0.3重量%~2重量%の、少なくとも40μmに等しい最長寸法を有する前記固体スポット形成粒子を含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記固体スポット形成粒子は、300μmを超える、特に240μmを超える最長寸法を有する粒子を実質的に含まない、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記液体スキン形成組成物をスプレーするステップは、液滴の前記スプレーを前記モールド表面上に通過させて、前記モールド表面の前記少なくとも一部の様々な場所への前記スプレーの第1の通過によって、前記モールド表面上の前記様々な場所に前記液体スキン形成組成物の第1の層を堆積させることを含み、前記第1の層は、好ましくは連続層であり、前記スプレーの1回の通過によって形成される前記第1の層は、前記様々な場所で、10μm~1000μmの間の平均厚さを有し、この平均厚さは具体的には少なくとも50μm、より具体的には少なくとも100μmであり、この平均厚さは具体的には最大500μm、より具体的には最大300μmであり、この平均厚さは最も具体的には約200μmである、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
