Description
・ 摺動層のシリコーンのネットワークを形成するための反応性シリコーン系、
・ 前記反応性シリコーン系の架橋反応を触媒するための触媒、
・ 少なくとも1つの非反応性シリコーンオイル(好ましくはポリジメチルシロキサン)、
・ 少なくとも1つの希釈剤を含み、
ここで、前記希釈剤はケイ素含有化合物を含み、且つ前記希釈剤の前記調製物中での含有率は、前記調製物中で45質量パーセント以上且つ95質量%以下である。1つの実施態様によれば、調製物中での希釈剤の含有率は好ましくは45質量パーセントを上回り且つ95質量パーセント未満である。
・ 環状シリコーン、殊にオクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサン、デカメチルシクロペンタシロキサン、ドデカメチルシクロヘキサシロキサン、テトラメチルシクロテトラシロキサン、ペンタメチルシクロペンタシロキサン、
・ ヘキサメチルジシロキサン(HMDSO)、
・ オクタメチルトリシロキサン、
・ デカメチルテトラシロキサン

実施例1
第1の実施例において、反応容器内に10gのビニル官能化ポリジメチルシロキサンを装入して、65gのデカメチルシクロペンタシロキサンと混合した。800rpmで一定の撹拌をしながら、この反応混合物に、0.5gのメチルヒドロシロキサン・ジメチルシロキサンコポリマー、6.25gの液体のポリジメチルシロキサン、イソプロパノール中で10%の触媒としての0.01gのヘキサクロリド白金酸、および阻害剤としての0.05gの2,4,7,9-テトラメチル-5-デシン-4,7-ジオールを添加した。その反応溶液は、60秒の撹拌時間の後、使用可能である。この際、ビニル官能化されたポリメチルシロキサン、およびメチルヒドロシロキサン・ジメチルシロキサンコポリマーが反応性シリコーン系を形成し、ポリジメチルシロキサンが非反応性シリコーンオイルを形成し、且つデカメチルシクロペンタシロキサンが希釈剤を形成する。
第2の実施例において、反応容器内に80gのビニル官能化ポリジメチルシロキサンを装入して、640gのヘキサメチルジシロキサンと混合した。1000rpmで一定の撹拌をしながら、この反応混合物に、2gのメチルヒドロシロキサン・ジメチルシロキサンコポリマー、48gの液体のポリジメチルシロキサン、1.1gの1,1,3,3-テトラメチル-1,3-ジビニルジシロキサン白金錯体および阻害剤としての0.1gのブチノール(Butinol)を添加した。その調製物は、60秒の撹拌時間の後、使用可能である。
第3の実施例において、反応容器内に80gのビニル官能化ポリジメチルシロキサンを装入して、640gのデカメチルシクロペンタシロキサンと混合した。1000rpmで一定の撹拌をしながら、この反応混合物に、2gのメチルヒドロシロキサン・ジメチルシロキサンコポリマー、48gの液体のポリジメチルシロキサン、イソプロパノール中で10%の触媒としての1.1gのヘキサクロリド白金酸、および阻害剤としての0.1gのブチノールを添加した。その調製物は、60秒の撹拌時間の後、使用可能である。

この比較例においては、希釈剤としてトルエンを使用し、これは希釈剤の中では、Si原子を含有せず非極性であることを特徴とする。そこで、反応容器内に80gのビニル官能化ポリジメチルシロキサンを装入して、640gのトルエンと混合した。400rpmで一定の撹拌をしながら、この反応混合物に、2gのメチルヒドロシロキサン・ジメチルシロキサンコポリマー、48gの液体のポリジメチルシロキサン、触媒としての1.1gの1,1,3,3-テトラメチル-1,3-ジビニルジシロキサン白金錯体、および阻害剤としての0.1gのブチノールを添加した。その反応溶液は、60秒の撹拌時間の後、使用可能である。
比較可能な結果は、第3の比較例の際にも得られた。
反応容器内に80gのビニル官能化ポリジメチルシロキサンを装入して、640gのトルエンと混合した。400rpmで一定の撹拌をしながら、この反応混合物に、2gのメチルヒドロシロキサン・ジメチルシロキサンコポリマー、48gの液体のポリジメチルシロキサン、触媒としての11gの1,1,3,3-テトラメチル-1,3-ジビニルジシロキサン白金錯体を添加した。この比較例における触媒の割合は、1.4質量%である。触媒の質量と反応性シリコーン系の質量との比は1:7.45である。
図1には、本発明のために特に好ましい態様における、医薬品または化粧品を投与するための注射器3としての包装材1が示される。例えばガラスまたは有利にはプラスチック製の注射器3は、シリンダー部7とルアーテーパー18とを有する中空体5であり、前記ルアーテーパー18の上に例えば注射針を取り付けることができる。シリンダー部に栓12が装填されており、それは押子13への圧力によって軸方向に変位可能である。取り扱いのために、シリンダー部は、栓12のための挿入口の端に、フランジ15を有する。

Claims (23)
- 医薬品または化粧品用の包装材上の摺動層を製造するために中空体の内側上に施与するための調製物であって、
・ 摺動層のシリコーンネットワークを形成するための反応性シリコーン系であって、架橋可能な基を有するポリシロキサンを有する前記反応性シリコーン系、
・ 前記反応性シリコーン系の架橋反応を触媒するための触媒、
・ 少なくとも1つの非反応性シリコーンオイル、および
・ 少なくとも1つの希釈剤を含み、
ここで、前記希釈剤はケイ素含有化合物を含み、且つ調製物中での前記希釈剤の含有率は、調製物中で45質量パーセント以上且つ95質量%以下であり、23℃で前記調製物は1~50000cStの範囲の粘度を有し、且つ前記非反応性シリコーンオイルは2500cSt~50000cStの範囲の粘度を有する、液体調製物。 - 反応性シリコーン系が多成分系であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の調製物。
- 少なくとも1つの以下の特徴:
・ 前記希釈剤が、最大6個のケイ素原子を有するケイ素含有有機化合物を含むこと、
・ 前記希釈剤が19mN/m未満の表面張力を有すること、

- 医薬品または化粧品用の包装材を製造するための方法であって、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の調製物を、包装材の中空体の内側に層として施与し、次いでシリコーン多成分系の成分の反応を起こして、シリコーンネットワークが形成されて、硬化された摺動層が得られる、前記方法。
- 前記シリコーン多成分系の成分の反応を、施与された調製物を加熱することによって開始する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記調製物が、プライマーでの前処理をせずに容器の内側に直接的に施与され、次いで硬化されることを特徴とする、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
- 内側が請求項1に記載の調製物製の摺動層(10)でコーティングされているシリンダー状の中空体(5)を含む、医薬品または化粧品用の包装材であって、前記摺動層(10)はシリコーンネットワークを有し、そこにシリコーンオイルが取り込まれており、ここで、前記中空体はその中空体内に栓を挿入でき、且つ前記中空体内に装填された栓の、摺動層に対する摩擦の静止摩擦値が、平均の滑り摩擦値よりも最大20%大きくなるように構成されている、前記包装材。
- 中空体内に装填された栓の、摺動層に対する摩擦の静止摩擦値が、平均の滑り摩擦値よりも最大10%大きい、請求項15に記載の包装材。
- 標準の栓を速度100mm/分で前記摺動層上を動かす際、中空体内に装填された栓の摩擦の静止摩擦値および/または滑り摩擦値が10N未満である、請求項15または16に記載の包装材。
- 前記摺動層の表面からシリコーンオイルを除去した後に、摺動層の摺動作用が再生する、請求項15から17までのいずれか1項に記載の包装材。
- 前記摺動層の層厚が3μm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項15から18までのいずれか1項に記載の包装材。
- 容器が、少なくとも1つの以下の材料:
・ ポリオレフィン
・ ガラス
・ ケイ素不含材料
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項18または19に記載の包装材。 - 前記摺動層が、中空体内側に直接的に施与されている、請求項15から20までのいずれか1項に記載の包装材。
- 前記包装材が、注射器またはカープルであり、前記摺動層が有利には少なくとも中空体の内側の領域を覆い、前記摺動層上を注射器またはカープルの栓が摺動できることを特徴とする、請求項15から21までのいずれか1項に記載の包装材。
- 滑り摩擦係数μGと静止摩擦係数μHとの比μG/μHが0.80を上回る、請求項15から22までのいずれか1項に記載の包装材。
