Description

熱接着不織布中綿の調製
[0135]以下の表1に列挙された繊維を、手で混合し、確実に均一なウェブにするために30.48cm(12インチ)のカーディング機に3回通した。3回目の通過の後、中綿を静的オーブンに入れて、低融点バインダー繊維を硬化させた。各中綿の目標重量は100g/m2であった。

熱抵抗試験

Claims (18)
- (a)酢酸セルロースから形成されたステープル繊維;および
(b)バインダー繊維、を含む繊維ブレンドであって、
ステープル繊維は、2.54cm(1インチ)あたり10~30捲縮(CPI)の捲縮頻度、55mm以下の切断長さ、および非円形の断面形状を有し;繊維ブレンドを含む不織布ウェブのロフトのミリメートルあたりのclo値が少なくとも0.180であり;酢酸セルロースステープル繊維の量が、ブレンド中の全ての繊維の重量に対して少なくとも45重量%であり;バインダー繊維の量が、ブレンドの10~30重量%の範囲であり;ステープル繊維が、2.0未満のフィラメントあたりのデニールを有する、繊維ブレンド。 - 酢酸セルロースステープル繊維の量が、ブレンド中のすべての繊維の重量を基準にして、少なくとも60重量%である、請求項1に記載のブレンド。
