Description
Claims (7)
- 細長い胴部、前記胴部の遠位端に固定された保持具、前記保持具に取り付けられたエフェクタ・ジョー、前記胴部内に配置されたロッド、前記エフェクタ・ジョーを開閉するために前記エフェクタ・ジョーに動作可能に連結された前記ロッドの遠位端、前記胴部の近位端の持ち手、球に固定された前記ロッドの近位端を備える外科用器具であって、前記持ち手が直線駆動部を備え、前記直線駆動部が受け口及び溝穴を有し、前記球が前記受け口内に収められ、前記持ち手が更に枢動可能に取り付けられた握りを備え、前記握りが主脚を備え、前記主脚が前記溝穴に受けられ、それによって前記握りの枢動が前記ロッドの直線的な動き及び前記エフェクタ・ジョーの相互の相対的な動きをもたらすようになっており、
前記エフェクタ・ジョーが通常は開となるように、前記ロッドを遠位方向に押す戻しばねを前記直線駆動部が備える、外科用器具。 - 前記持ち手が胴部回転つまみ、保持具関節運動つまみ及び不注意による前記握りの操作を自動的に防止するための安全機構を備える、請求項1に記載の外科用器具。
- それぞれのエフェクタ・ジョーが、カム溝穴及び前記ロッドの前記遠位端に動作可能に連結されたピンを備え、前記ピンが前記カム溝穴を貫通して横断的に延在し、それによって前記ロッドの直線的な動きが、前記エフェクタ・ジョーを互いに相対的に動かすようになっている、請求項1又は2に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記持ち手が胴部回転つまみ及び主スリーブを備え、前記胴部回転つまみ、前記胴部及び前記主スリーブが同調して回転するように結合し、環状歯車が前記主スリーブの中に受けられ、前記環状歯車が回転に対して固定され、前記持ち手が更に前記主スリーブを貫通して半径方向に延在するボール式デテント機構を備える止め金を備え、前記ボール式デテント機構を備える止め金が前記環状歯車と係合し、それによって前記胴部回転つまみを回転させると、ボール式デテント機構により止め金が前記環状歯車に対して押圧されて音が鳴る制限停止を伴ってその回転が増分されるようになっている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記安全機構が、前記握りが回転することが防止されるロック位置から、前記握りが回転することが防止されないロック解除位置へ回転可能なレバーを備え、前記安全機構が更に、前記レバーを前記ロック位置へ付勢するばね要素、及び前記レバーの表面を支圧して前記レバーを前記ばね要素の前記付勢に対抗して前記ロック解除位置に保持するように回転可能なカムを備える、請求項2に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記直線駆動部が前記持ち手の中に形成された中空のケーシングの中に差し込まれる、請求項1に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記ロッドの前記遠位端が終端リンクに連結され、且つ前記ピンが終端クレビスの互いに反対向きの面を貫通して延在する、請求項3に記載の外科用器具。
