Claims (9)
- 反応媒体の触媒変換のための、特に水素と二酸化炭素からなる混合ガスの触媒メタン化のための反応器(100)のための挿入体(1)の形状をした固定床装置であり、前記挿入体(1)は、その軸方向上端(8)において支持リング(2)を有し前記支持リング(2)によって前記挿入体(1)が前記反応器(100)の圧力チャンバ(110)内に吊り下げられる吊り下げ挿入体の形態で設計されており、前記吊り下げ挿入体(1)は、
軸方向両端の間で円周方向に囲む外側スリーブ(10)であって、それによって、前記外側スリーブ(10)内で軸方向(A)に沿って延び、前記反応器の運転中は前記反応媒体が流れ、触媒材料を受け入れるための受入チャンバ(20)を規定する外側スリーブ(10)と、
温度制御流体のための流体流路であって、プロセスからの熱の除去及びプロセスへの熱の供給のために前記受入チャンバ(20)から空間的に分離されている流体流路を有する熱交換器(30)と、を備えた固定床装置において、
前記外側スリーブ(10)は、一部において、前記熱交換器(30)の第1の熱交換器プレート(31)と第2の熱交換器プレート(32)によって対向する2つの側面において形成されており、
一方、前記外側スリーブ(10)は、前記第1及び第2の熱交換器プレート(31、32)を前記反応媒体が漏れない状態で接続するUプロファイル(34)によって2つの他の側面の各々において形成されている、
固定床装置。 - 前記流体流路への接続ライン(42)が、少なくとも軸方向端、特に、吊り下げ端に、フレキシブルに形成されている、請求項1に記載の固定床装置。
- 前記挿入体(1)の第1の軸方向端が篩(6)によって制限されている、請求項1又は2に記載の固定床装置。
- 前記篩(6)が前記挿入体(1)に対して移動可能である、請求項3に記載の固定床装置。
- 少なくとも1つの熱交換プレートが、サーマルプレートの形態で構成される、請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の固定床装置。
- 前記第2の熱交換器プレート(32)が前記第1の熱交換器プレート(31)と平行に配置される、請求項1~5の何れか1項に記載の固定床配置。
- 反応媒体を受け入れるための圧力チャンバ(110)と、請求項1~6の何れか1項に記載の固定床装置と、前記固定床装置を支持リング(121)を介して吊るすための装置と、を備え、前記固定床装置は、前記装置内に前記固定床装置の支持リング(2)で吊るすことによって前記圧力チャンバ(110)内に挿入された、反応媒体の触媒変換のための、特に水素と二酸化炭素からなる混合ガスの触媒メタン化のための反応器。
- 反応器の運転中、反応媒体が沿って流れる媒体流路が、前記固定床装置における前記受入チャンバ(20)を通る第1のセクション(210)と、前記固定床装置における前記外側スリーブ(10)と前記圧力チャンバ(110)の壁(112)との間を通る第2のセクション(220)とを備える、請求項7に記載の反応器。
- 前記軸方向(A)に垂直な前記挿入体(1)の切断面の表面積FEと前記軸方向(A)に垂直な圧力チャンバ(110)の切断面の表面積FDとの比(V)、V=FE/FDが、V<2/π、好ましくはV<0.5、特に好ましくはV<0.4、さらにより好ましくはV<0.3の条件を満たす、請求項7又は8に記載の反応器。
