Claims (3)
- 異なる金属材料が板厚方向に2層以上積層されたクラッドであって、
前記クラッドの一方又は両方の表面の層は金属材料が厚さ0.03mm以上のステンレス鋼であり、
ステンレス鋼以外の層は、純アルミ、アルミ合金、純銅、銅合金、純チタン、又はチタン合金であり、
ステンレス鋼である前記層において、厚さ方向の中心から±0.005mmの領域における窒素量の平均値が0.01~0.3質量%であり、かつ、厚さ方向の両端から0.01mmまでの領域における窒素量の平均値が、厚さ方向の中心から±0.005mmの領域における窒素量の平均値の1.30倍超である
ことを特徴とするクラッド。 - 厚さが0.5mm超であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクラッド。
- ステンレス鋼である前記層の、異なる金属との接合界面から0.02mmまでの領域において、平均粒径で0.005mm未満の化合物相が存在することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のクラッド。
