Description
適切なポリマー粒子は、水中又は水相中でポリマー分散液を形成する。
a)少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネート、
b)任意の、イソシアネートの反応に関して一又は二官能性である少なくとも1種の化合物、特にポリオールA、
c)イソシアネート反応に関して一又は二官能性であり、さらにイオン性基及び/又は少なくとも1種の立体的に安定化させる基に変換可能な、少なくとも1種のイオン性基及び/又は少なくとも1種の官能基を含む、少なくとも1種のさらなる化合物、及び
d)任意の、イソシアネート反応に関して一、二又は多官能性であり、ポリオールB、鎖延長剤及び架橋剤の群から選択される少なくとも1種のさらなる化合物、
ここで、2つの成分b)又はd)のうち少なくとも1種が存在しなければならない。
a)少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネート、
b)少なくとも1種のポリオールA、
c)イソシアネート反応に関して一又は二官能性であり、さらにイオン性基及び/又は少なくとも1種の立体的に安定化させる基に変換可能な少なくとも1種のイオン性基及び/又は少なくとも1種の官能基を含む、少なくとも1種のさらなる化合物、及び
d)任意の、少なくとも1種のポリオールB及び/又は1種の鎖延長剤及び/又は1種の架橋剤。

適切な酸反応性粉末は当業者に知られている。酸反応性粉末としては、金属酸化物、金属水酸化物、ミネラルトリオキサイドアグリゲート(MTA)、ヒドロキシアパタイト、生体活性ガラス、酸反応性ガラス及びそれらの混合物から選択されることが好ましい。
適切なポリプロトン酸は、当業者に知られている。ポリプロトン酸は、ポリ酸及びリン酸から選択されることが好ましく、ポリ酸から選択されることがとりわけ好ましい。
硬化前の歯科用セメントの全体の組成に基づいた、歯科用セメント中の水の割合は、好ましくは4.9重量%~40重量%、より好ましくは7.4重量%~25重量%である。
好ましい実施形態において、水硬化性歯科用セメントは、錯形成剤、無機及び有機充填材、無機及び有機着色剤、及びこれらの混合物から成る群から選択されるさらなる追加の構成要素を含む。適切な錯形成剤は、例えば、酒石酸、クエン酸及び/又はプロッサー(Prosser)らのJ.Dent.Res.、61巻、1982年、1195-1198頁に記載されているものである。適切な無機充填材は、例えば、X線不透過性の非酸反応性(不活性)無機充填材である。

ZIRBUSテクノロジー社の「昇華器(Sublimator) VaCo 5’」凍結乾燥機を使用して希釈溶液を凍結乾燥した。
曲げ強度は、ISO9917‐2:2010に従って0.8mm/分の送り速度で測定した。
圧縮強度は、ISO9917-1:2010に従って1mm/分の送り速度で測定した。
粉末と液体をパッド上でスパチュラを使用してそれぞれ特定の混合比で1分以内に混合し、長さL=50mm、高さH=4mm、幅W=3mmの寸法を有する金型に充填した。1時間後、37℃及び相対湿度>95で、試験体を型から取り出し(entformt)、さらに23時間±1時間、37℃の蒸留水中に保管した。試験体は、低速のこぎり(ビューラー(Buehler)社製のアイソメット(Isomet)、ボマ(Boma)社製ダイヤモンドカッティングディスクD46/54、厚さ0.20mm、)で3mm幅の側面のいずれかに刻み目をつけた。刻み目の深さは約0.7mmであった。

Claims (14)
- 酸反応性粉末と、ポリプロトン酸と、水及び分散されたポリマー粒子と、を含み、前記ポリマー粒子がウレタン粒子である、水硬化性歯科用セメント。
- 前記水硬化性歯科用セメントが、グラスアイオノマーセメントであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の水硬化性歯科用セメント。
- 水分散液中(水中の)の動的光散乱法により決定した、前記ポリマー粒子の平均粒径が、1μm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の水硬化性歯科用セメント。
- 前記ポリマー粒子が、前記水硬化性セメントの硬化前に水溶液中に分散されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の水硬化性歯科用セメント。
- 前記セメント中の分散されたポリマー粒子の割合が、硬化前のセメントの全体の組成に基づいて、0.005重量%~10重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれかに一項に記載の水硬化性歯科用セメント。
- 硬化前のセメントの全体の組成に基づいて、以下に記載する構成要素の1種以上を、以下に記載する定量的な割合で含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の水硬化性歯科用セメント:
20重量%~90重量%の酸反応性粉末、
4.9重量%~40重量%のポリプロトン酸、及び/又は
4.9重量%~40重量%の水。 - 前記酸反応性粉末が、金属酸化物、金属水酸化物、ミネラルトリオキサイドアグリゲート、ヒドロキシアパタイト、生体活性ガラス、特に酸反応性ガラス及びそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の水硬化性歯科用セメント。
- 前記酸反応性粉末が、5μm~20μmの平均粒径を有する第1のガラス粒子及び又は1μm~5μmの平均粒径を有する第2のガラス粒子を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の水硬化性歯科用セメント。
- 前記ポリプロトン酸が、ポリ酸及びリン酸から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の水硬化性歯科用セメント。
- 前記水硬化性歯科用セメントが、錯形成剤、無機及び有機充填材、無機及び有機着色剤、及びこれらの混合物から成る群から選択されるさらなる追加の構成要素を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の水硬化性歯科用セメント。
- 少なくとも、酸反応性粉末と、ポリプロトン酸と、水及び分散されたポリマー粒子と、を混合することを特徴とし、前記ポリマー粒子がウレタン粒子である、前記水硬化性歯科用セメントの製造方法。
- 以下の構成要素:
a)分散されたポリマー粒子、
b)酸反応性粉末、
c)ポリプロトン酸、及び
d)水
を含み、前記ポリマー粒子がウレタン粒子である、水硬化性歯科用セメントの製造キット。 - 歯科用セメントの硬化前のキットの全体的な組成に基づいて、以下に記載する構成要素の1種以上を、以下に記載する定量的な割合で含むことを特徴とし:
0.005重量%~5重量%の分散されたポリマー粒子、
20重量%~90重量%のポリプロトン酸、及び/又は
4.9重量%~40重量%の水
前記前記ポリマー粒子がウレタン粒子である、請求項12に記載のキット。 - 前記キットが少なくとも2種の成分から構成され、前記キットの構成要素がこれらの成分に分割されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のキット。
