Claims (10)
- 冷凍装置冷媒を吸入、圧縮、吐出する圧縮機と、
この圧縮機から吐出された高温高圧の前記冷凍装置冷媒を凝縮する凝縮器と、
この凝縮器で凝縮した高圧の前記冷凍装置冷媒を断熱膨張させる膨張弁と、
この膨張弁を通過した低温低圧の前記冷凍装置冷媒を蒸発させる蒸発器と、
前記圧縮機、前記凝縮器、前記膨張弁、及び前記蒸発器を繋いで前記冷凍装置冷媒を循環させる冷凍装置冷媒配管とを備える冷凍サイクル装置とともに用いる沸騰冷却装置であって、
前記沸騰冷却装置は、
被冷却物と熱的に接触して、被冷却物の熱を受けて沸騰装置冷媒を気化させる沸騰部と、
前記沸騰装置冷媒を液化させる凝縮部と、
前記沸騰部とこの凝縮部とを繋ぐ沸騰装置冷媒配管とを備え、
前記凝縮部は、管形状をしており、内部を前記冷凍サイクル装置の前記蒸発器と前記圧縮機とを繋ぐ前記冷凍装置冷媒配管が貫通し、
前記凝縮部は、前記沸騰部より上方に配置されており、
前記凝縮部、及び前記冷凍サイクル装置の前記蒸発器と前記圧縮機とを繋ぐ前記冷凍装置冷媒配管の内、前記沸騰冷却装置の前記凝縮部に配置される部位は、前記沸騰部に向けて下方に傾斜し、
前記凝縮部は、上方側の端部と下方側の端部が閉じた管形状であり、
前記沸騰装置冷媒配管は、前記凝縮部の下方側の端部のみで前記凝縮部に接続され、前記沸騰装置冷媒配管より前記凝縮部に流入した前記沸騰装置冷媒は、凝縮後滴下して前記凝縮部の下方側の端部から前記沸騰装置冷媒配管に流れる
ことを特徴とする沸騰冷却装置。 - 前記冷凍サイクル装置の前記蒸発器と前記圧縮機とを繋ぐ前記冷凍装置冷媒配管の外表面の内、前記沸騰冷却装置の前記凝縮部に配置される部位には、放熱フィンが形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の沸騰冷却装置。 - 前記放熱フィンは、前記冷凍サイクル装置の前記蒸発器と前記圧縮機とを繋ぐ前記冷凍装置冷媒配管の外表面に、軸方向と並行に形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の沸騰冷却装置。 - 前記放熱フィンは、前記冷凍サイクル装置の前記蒸発器と前記圧縮機とを繋ぐ前記冷凍装置冷媒配管の外表面に、螺旋状に形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の沸騰冷却装置。 - 前記放熱フィンは、前記冷凍サイクル装置の前記蒸発器と前記圧縮機とを繋ぐ前記冷凍装置冷媒配管の外表面のうち、下方部分を除いて形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2ないし4いずれか記載の沸騰冷却装置。 - 前記冷凍サイクル装置の前記蒸発器と前記圧縮機とを繋ぐ前記冷凍装置冷媒配管の内、前記沸騰冷却装置の前記凝縮部に配置される部位は、放熱溝が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の沸騰冷却装置。 - 前記放熱溝は、螺旋状に形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の沸騰冷却装置。 - 前記放熱溝は、一方向の螺旋状に形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項7記載の沸騰冷却装置。 - 前記放熱溝は、双方向の螺旋状に形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項7記載の沸騰冷却装置。 - 前記沸騰部は、前記凝縮部に向けて上方に傾斜している
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の沸騰冷却装置。
