Description
本出願は、米国特許法第119条(e)の下、2016年10月24日出願の米国仮特許出願第62/412,009号の利益及び優先権を主張する。この特許出願は、その全体が参照により本明細書に援用される。
Claims (11)
- 構成要素を製造するためにアルミニウム展伸材を成形及び加工する方法であって、
7000系のアルミニウム合金シートを提供することと、
前記アルミニウム合金シートを溶体化熱処理して、W調質状態を提供することと、
最終調質状態を実現するために必要な複数の時効ステップのうち、100℃で、5~6時間にわたって前記アルミニウム合金シートを熱処理し、前記アルミニウム合金シートに中間調質状態をもたらす第1の時効ステップを通して、前記アルミニウム合金シートを熱処理することと、
前記アルミニウム合金シートを、成形ステーションにおいて、押抜き又はロール成形により、所望の形状に成形することと、
前記成形ステーションに続く溶接ステーションにおける融接プロセスで、前記成形ステーションと前記溶接ステーションとの間に処理ステップなしで、前記所望の形状の前記アルミニウム合金シートを溶接し、構成要素を提供することと、
前記加工された構成要素を、前記複数の時効ステップのうち、最終の時効ステップを通して熱処理して、前記最終調質状態としてT7調質状態を実現することと
を含み、
前記最終の時効ステップは、前記加工された構成要素を130~190℃で10~18時間にわたって熱処理することを含む、方法。 - 前記最終の時効ステップは、前記加工された構成要素を148~158℃で熱処理することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記成形ステーションに続く溶接ステーションにおいて、前記アルミニウム合金シートを切断することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アルミニウム合金シートを成形し、溶接することは、ビームを形成することである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アルミニウム合金シートを管形状で固定するために前記アルミニウム合金シートの縁部を溶接することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構成要素は、車両のための補強ビームを含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 車両構成要素を製造するためにアルミニウム展伸材を成形及び加工する方法であって、
7000系のアルミニウム合金を圧延して、シートを形成することと、
前記シートを溶体化熱処理して、W調質状態を提供することと、
前記シート製品がT7調質状態を実現するために必要な複数の時効ステップのうち、100℃で、5~6時間にわたって前記アルミニウム展伸材を熱処理することを含む第1の時効ステップを通して前記シートを熱処理することと、
前記シートをロール成形機で、連続して屈曲して、所望の形状にロール成形することと、
前記ロール成形機に続く溶接機で、前記ロール成形機と前記溶接機との間に処理ステップなしで、前記所望の形状の前記シートを溶接することと、
複数の時効ステップのうち、最終の時効ステップを通して、前記車両構成要素を熱処理して、前記車両構成要素全体にわたってT7調質状態を実現することとを含み、
前記車両構成要素は、前記最終の時効ステップの前にロール成形および溶接することにより、T7調質状態のシートから成形されて融接された構成要素よりも、応力腐食亀裂を受けにくく、
前記最終の時効ステップは、前記車両構成要素を130~190℃で10~18時間にわたって熱処理することを含む、方法。 - 前記第1の時効ステップは、前記シートがT7調質状態を実現することを可能にしない期間にわたって100℃で前記シートを熱処理することを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記シートを溶接することは、前記車両構成要素の形成において、少なくとも1つの管形状を取り囲むように、前記シートの長さに沿って前記シートの縁部を前記シートの別の部分に溶接することを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記シートを形成することは、前記シートをロール成形して、少なくとも1つの取り囲まれた領域を有する補強ビームを形成することを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記シートを溶接することは、前記シートの溶接部分の領域がW調質状態を実現することを引き起こし、
前記溶接部分の前記領域は、前記最終の時効ステップを通した前記車両構成要素の熱処理時に、T7調質状態を実現する、請求項9に記載の方法。
