Claims (2)
- 空圧機と、前記空圧機を中に収容する筐体とを備えた、空圧機装置であって、
前記空圧機は、フレーム、シリンダー、モータ及び伝動機構を有し、
前記フレームは、複数の位置決め孔を有し、前記位置決め孔は、第1の位置決め孔及び第2の位置決め孔を含み、
前記シリンダーは、前記フレームに結合されるとともに、空気貯蔵ユニットに連通され、
前記モータは、前記フレームと組み合わされ、前記フレームの前記第1の位置決め孔には、前記モータの芯端に設けた小歯車が挿入され、前記モータの内軸受座が前記第1の位置決め孔内に収容され、
前記伝動機構は、前記シリンダー内でピストン本体を往復運動させて圧縮空気を発生させ、
前記モータは、始端部に延設された少なくとも1つの位置決め部を介して前記フレームと係合され、
前記モータのハウジングの始端部には、複数の位置決め部が延設され、
前記位置決め部の末端部には、フック部が設けられ、
前記フレームは、前記位置決め部に対応するように、上下に貫通されて形成された透孔を有し、前記フレームの前記第1の位置決め孔に近い外周には、リング状位置決め溝が環状に凹設され、
複数の前記位置決め部を前記フレーム上の前記透孔に挿通して前記モータを回すと、前記位置決め部の末端の前記フック部がリング状位置決め溝に係合されるため、前記モータはねじを使用しなくても前記フレームと組み合わされて確実に固設されることを特徴とする空圧機装置。 - 前記モータのハウジングの円柱形周面上には、放熱口が設けられ、
前記放熱口は、前記モータのハウジング内部と、前記モータのハウジング外部とに気体を流通させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空圧機装置。
