Abstract
本发明提供一种空压机装置,该装置包含有一空压机内脏总成及用以承装该空压机内脏总成的盒体,该空压机内脏总成包含有一主架,其具有复数个定位孔,复数个定位孔包含有第一定位孔及第二定位孔;一汽缸,其结合在主架上,于汽缸上连通有一储气座;一马达,其组装在主架上,一设在马达芯端的齿轮穿伸过主架的第一定位孔,并将马达的内轴承座容置于第一定位孔内;一传动机构,其组装于第二定位孔,可受马达驱动带动一活塞体于汽缸内进行往复式压缩动作产生压缩空气,该马达在其头端延伸利用至少一定位部与主架进行卡扣组装,使马达无需利用螺丝即可组装且能稳定固设于主架上。
Description
技术领域
本发明为一种空压机装置,尤其是指一种无需利用螺丝即可将马达组装且能稳定固设于主架上且整个空压机内脏总成可被容置于盒体内的实用技术。
背景技术
习用的空压机包含一主架、结合在该主架上的一汽缸、组装在该主架上的一马达及可受该马达带动而在该汽缸内作往复运动的一活塞体,通过马达带动活塞体在汽缸内作往复运动以完成气体的吸入、压缩及加压气体的排出,整个空压机内脏总成可被置设在一盒体内。
一般而言,习用空压机的马达大多借由螺丝锁固于主架上,而当空压机在长期的运作之下,螺丝易产生脱落或松动而造成使用寿命降低,螺丝必须穿过主架本体锁固在马达壳体的螺丝孔上,而若因受到空间的限制使锁固螺丝的工具无法穿过主架本体以及其周边组件时,即马达无法利用螺丝顺利地锁固于主架上。本发明人即是有鉴于习知空压机装置设计仍存有缺失,乃予以研发,经多次努力乃发展出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种空压机装置,以解决上述技术问题,使马达无需利用螺丝即可组装且能稳定固设于主架上,可提高空压机装置的使用寿命。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种空压机装置,该装置包含有一空压机内脏总成及用以承装该空压机内脏总成的盒体,该空压机内脏总成包含有一主架,其具有复数个定位孔,复数个定位孔包含有第一定位孔及第二定位孔;一汽缸,其结合在主架上,于汽缸上连通有一储气座;一马达,其组装在主架上,一设在马达芯端的齿轮穿伸过主架的第一定位孔,并将马达的内轴承座容置于第一定位孔内;一传动机构,其组装于第二定位孔,可受马达驱动带动一活塞体于汽缸内进行往复式压缩动作产生压缩空气,该马达在其头端延伸利用至少一定位部与主架进行卡扣组装,使马达无需利用螺丝即可组装且能稳定固设于主架上。
进一步的,所述马达壳体在其头端延伸设有前述复数个定位部,于定位部的末端处设有钩扣部,而主架设有相对于复数个定位部的上下贯穿的透孔,邻近于主架的第一定位孔的外周围环凹设有一环型定位槽,前述复数个定位部穿伸过该主架上的透孔,该马达再进行旋转,使定位部末端处的钩扣部抵触勾扣在环型定位槽上,使马达无需利用螺丝即可组装且能稳定固设于主架上。
进一步的,所述马达壳体的圆柱形周面上设有散热口,使马达壳体的内部及马达壳体的外部可产生气流流通。
进一步的,所述盒体于上壳体及下壳体的内侧壁对应于前述马达壳体的圆柱形周面上的散热口的位置设置有多数个凸柱,将空压机内脏总成置入该盒体内时,将盒体内侧的凸柱嵌入马达圆柱形周面上的散热口中,使空压机运作过程或受到外力碰撞翻转时,该马达不致于因外力撞击翻转而解开马达与主架之间的卡勾固定状态。
采用上述技术方案后,该空压机内脏总成的马达在其头端延伸利用至少一定位部与主架进行卡扣组装,使马达无需利用螺丝即可组装且能稳定固设于主架上。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图4所示,本发明空压机10内脏总成包含有一主架1、结合在该主架1上的一汽缸2、组装在该主架1上的一马达4及可受该马达4带动而在该汽缸2内作往复运动的一活塞体5。
主架1,其具有复数个定位孔,该复数个定位孔包含有第一定位孔11及第二定位孔12,于第一定位孔11穿伸有一设在马达4芯端的小齿轮61并将马达4的内轴承座41容置于第一定位孔11内,于第二定位孔12内装设一轴承121。前述马达4壳体的圆柱形周面上设有二相对称的完全贯穿的散热口43,使马达4壳体的内部及马达4壳体的外部可产生气流流通。
汽缸2可一体成形地结合在该主架1上,于汽缸2上连通有一储气座3,该储气座3设置有至少一歧管30,其可装设有一输出气体用的软管31及一压力表32。
一传动机构6包含有一具有重量块的大齿轮62,该大齿轮62可与前述小齿轮61相啮合,该大齿轮62借由一轴杆与前述轴承121相连接(习知技术图中未显示),该传动机构6可带动活塞体5于前述汽缸2内进行往复式压缩动作产生压缩空气。
配合图1至图6所示,本发明的特征在于:该马达4壳体在其头端42延伸设有复数个定位部45,于定位部45的末端处设有钩扣部451,而主架1设有相对于复数个定位部45的上下贯穿的透孔13,邻近于主架1的第一定位孔11的外周围环凹设有一环型定位槽14,前述复数个定位部45穿伸过该主架1上的透孔13,该马达4再进行旋转,使定位部45末端处的钩扣部451抵触勾扣在环型定位槽14上,使马达4无需利用螺丝即可组装且能稳定固设于主架1上。
请参阅图5及图6将空压机10内脏总成置入一盒体7内的示意图,该盒体7于上壳体及下壳体的内侧壁对应于前述马达4壳体的圆柱形周面上的散热口43的位置设置有多数个凸柱71,将空压机10置入该盒体7内时,将盒体7内侧的凸柱71嵌入马达4圆柱形周面上的散热口43中,使空压机10运作过程或受到外力碰撞翻转时,该马达4不致于因外力撞击翻转而解开马达4与主架1之间的卡勾固定状态。
综观前论,本发明提供一种借由马达4的头端42所延伸的定位部45与空压机10的主架1进行卡扣组装,使马达4无需利用螺丝即可组装且能稳定固设于主架1上,空压机10内脏总成被装设于盒体7内部,该马达4圆柱形壳体所设的散热口43可被盒体7的上及下壳体的凸柱71所拘束,使马达4不致于因外力撞击翻转而解开马达4与主架1间的卡勾固定状态。
Claims (4)
1.一种空压机装置,该装置包含有一空压机内脏总成及用以承装该空压机内脏总成的盒体,该空压机内脏总成包含有一主架,其具有复数个定位孔,复数个定位孔包含有第一定位孔及第二定位孔;一汽缸,其结合在主架上,于汽缸上连通有一储气座;一马达,其组装在主架上,一设在马达芯端的齿轮穿伸过主架的第一定位孔,并将马达的内轴承座容置于第一定位孔内;一传动机构,其组装于第二定位孔,可受马达驱动带动一活塞体于汽缸内进行往复式压缩动作产生压缩空气,其特征在于:该马达在其头端延伸利用至少一定位部与主架进行卡扣组装,使马达无需利用螺丝即可组装且能稳定固设于主架上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空压机装置,其特征在于:所述马达壳体在其头端延伸设有前述复数个定位部,于定位部的末端处设有钩扣部,而主架设有相对于复数个定位部的上下贯穿的透孔,邻近于主架的第一定位孔的外周围环凹设有一环型定位槽,前述复数个定位部穿伸过该主架上的透孔,该马达再进行旋转,使定位部末端处的钩扣部抵触勾扣在环型定位槽上,使马达无需利用螺丝即可组装且能稳定固设于主架上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空压机装置,其特征在于:所述马达壳体的圆柱形周面上设有散热口,使马达壳体的内部及马达壳体的外部可产生气流流通。
4.根据权利要求3所述的空压机装置,其特征在于:所述盒体于上壳体及下壳体的内侧壁对应于前述马达壳体的圆柱形周面上的散热口的位置设置有多数个凸柱,将空压机内脏总成置入该盒体内时,将盒体内侧的凸柱嵌入马达圆柱形周面上的散热口中,使空压机运作过程或受到外力碰撞翻转时,该马达不致于因外力撞击翻转而解开马达与主架之间的卡勾固定状态。
