Claims (5)
- 空気圧縮機と、前記空気圧縮機を中に収容する筐体とを備えた、空気圧縮機装置であって、
前記空気圧縮機は、フレーム、シリンダー、モータ及び伝動機構を有し、
前記フレームは、複数の位置決め孔を有し、前記位置決め孔は、第1の位置決め孔及び第2の位置決め孔を含み、
前記シリンダーは、前記フレームに結合されるとともに、空気貯蔵ユニットと連通し、
前記モータは、前記フレーム上に組み立てられ、前記フレームの前記第1の位置決め孔には、前記モータの芯端に設けた小歯車が挿入され、前記モータの内軸受座が前記第1の位置決め孔内に収容され、
前記伝動機構は、前記シリンダー内でピストン本体を往復運動させて圧縮空気を発生させ、
前記モータには、位置決め部が延設され、前記位置決め部を介して前記フレームと係合され、ねじを使用しなくても前記モータを前記フレームに組み立てて確実に固設し得、
前記モータには、金属材料からなる電導コイルが嵌設され、前記電導コイルが導磁作用を有するため、前記モータが仕事をする際、前記モータの効率が高められ、
前記モータのハウジングに嵌設された前記電導コイルには、互いに対称な2つの前記位置決め部が延設され、
2つの前記位置決め部の末端部には、幅が縮小した首部が設けられ、前記首部の末端には、前記位置決め部の元の幅と同じテールウィングが延設され、前記フレームの左右両側には、2つの前記位置決め部の前記テールウィングに対応するように、2つの位置決め槽が形成され、前記位置決め槽は、左溝槽及び右溝槽を含み、前記テールウィングは、前記フレームの前記位置決め槽に着座し、圧力工具により力を加えて、前記位置決め槽の前記左溝槽及び前記右溝槽に前記テールウィングを挿入して圧接させ、折り曲げて左テールウィング及び右テールウィングを成形し、前記左テールウィング及び前記右テールウィングを前記フレームの前記位置決め槽に圧接させて固定すると、ねじを使用しなくても前記モータを前記フレームに組み立てて確実に固設させ得、
前記筐体の上ハウジング及び下ハウジングの内側壁に予め設けられた押付け部には、前記筐体の内側壁に設けたバンプが含まれ、
前記バンプの壁面は、前記位置決め部の前記テールウィングを前記モータと前記フレームとの間で位置拘束し、前記テールウィングは、前記空気圧縮機を使用する際、又は不用意に落下させるなどして外力を受けた際に緩んでしまうことを防ぐことを特徴とする、空気圧縮機装置。 - 前記モータのハウジングの円柱形周面上には、放熱口が設けられ、
前記放熱口は、前記モータのハウジング内部と、前記モータのハウジング外部とに気体を流通させて放熱することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機装置。 - 前記小歯車を一端に有する前記モータの頭端面は、内軸受座の外周に形成された複数の凹孔を有し、前記フレームの後部の前記第1の位置決め孔の外周には、前記凹孔に対応する複数のピンが突設され、前記モータを前記フレームに位置決めする際、前記モータの前記頭端面の複数の前記凹孔を前記フレーム上の複数の前記ピン上に対応して係合させると、前記モータが位置決めされるため、前記モータが駆動するときの回転力に対する抵抗力が高まることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機装置。
- 前記モータ及び前記フレームを対向させて結合した後にも、複数の流通孔が依然として結合面に残り、前記フレーム上の前記ピンが前記モータの前記頭端面の前記凹孔の空間に係合されても流通孔が依然として残ることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の空気圧縮機装置。
- 互いに結合された前記モータと前記フレームとを着脱部材により分離させる際は、前記フレームの前記位置決め槽中に前記着脱部材を伸ばし入れ、前記フレーム上の前記位置決め部に係合された前記左テールウィング及び前記右テールウィングに反対方向の力を加えると係合状態が解除され、前記モータを移動させて前記モータと前記フレームとの相対位置を変えると、前記モータと前記フレームとが容易かつ迅速に分離されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機装置。
