Claims (3)
- 空気圧縮機のモータ結合位置決め装置であって、
前記空気圧縮機は、筐体の内空部に挿設され、
前記空気圧縮機は、フレーム、シリンダー、モータ及び伝動機構を備え、
前記フレームは、複数の位置決め孔を有し、前記位置決め孔は、第1の位置決め孔及び第2の位置決め孔を含み、
前記シリンダーは、前記フレームに結合されるとともに、空気貯蔵ユニットに連通され、
前記モータは、前記フレームと組み合わされ、前記フレームの前記第1の位置決め孔には、前記モータの芯端に設けた小歯車が挿入され、前記モータの内軸受座が前記第1の位置決め孔内に収容され、
前記伝動機構は、前記シリンダー内でピストン本体を往復運動させて圧縮空気を発生させ、
少なくとも1つの係合部材により前記フレームと前記モータとを密着させて組み合わせ、前記係合部材の一端を前記フレームに係合し、前記係合部材の他端を前記モータのハウジングに係合するため、前記モータはねじを使用しなくても前記フレームと組み合わされて確実に固設されることと、
前記係合部材の一端は開放端であり、前記係合部材の他端は閉鎖端であり、前記係合部材の前記開放端及び前記閉鎖端の末端頭部には、折曲げ係合部がそれぞれ設けられることと、
前記伝動機構に対向し、前記シリンダーが上端に位置する箇所を前側面として用い、前記フレームの左端外側面及び右端外側面には、収容槽及び第3の位置決め孔がそれぞれ形成され、
前記係合部材は、前記フレームの前記収容槽中に収容され、前記係合部材の前記開放端の前記折曲げ係合部は、前記フレームの前記第3の位置決め孔に係合され、前記係合部材の前記閉鎖端の前記折曲げ係合部は、前記モータの前記ハウジングの周面に形成された放熱口に係合されることと、
前記空気圧縮機は筐体内に配設され、前記筐体の内側壁面には押付け部が設けられ、前記押付け部は、前記筐体の前記内側壁面に設けた凹入槽を含み、前記凹入槽の壁面により、前記モータと前記フレームとの間に前記係合部材が位置拘束され、前記係合部材は、前記空気圧縮機が動作中に不用意に落下してしまう等、外力が加わって緩んでしまうことを防ぐことと、を特徴とする、空気圧縮機のモータ結合位置決め装置。 - 前記モータの前記ハウジングの周面上には、前記放熱口が形成され、前記係合部材の一端が前記フレームに係合され、前記係合部材の他端が前記モータの前記ハウジングの前記放熱口に係合されるため、前記モータはねじを使用しなくても前記フレームと組み合わされて確実に固設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機のモータ結合位置決め装置。
- 前記小歯車を一端に有する前記モータの前端面は、前記内軸受座の外周に形成された複数の凹部を有し、前記フレームの後方に形成された前記第1の位置決め孔の外周には、前記凹部に対応する複数のピンが突設され、前記モータを前記フレームに位置決めする際、前記モータの前記前端面に形成された複数の凹部が、前記フレーム上の複数のピンに対応されて係合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機のモータ結合位置決め装置。
