Claims (7)
- 圧縮されたガスを貯蓄する供給源と、
前記供給源と移動体に搭載されたタンクとを接続する配管と、前記配管に設けられた制御弁、圧力センサ、ガス温度センサ及び流量センサと、
所定の充填条件の下で前記制御弁を操作し前記配管を流れるガスの流量を制御する制御装置と、を備えるガス充填システムによって、前記供給源から前記タンクにガスを充填するガス充填方法であって、
充填を開始する前に、前記配管の熱容量及び前記ガス温度センサの検出値を用いることにより、前記配管で生じる仮圧力損失と相関のある有効熱質量の値を算出する有効熱質量算出工程と、
ガスの充填を開始した後、前記配管内におけるガスの流量が変化した際における前記圧力センサの検出値を用いることにより、前記配管で生じる圧力損失と相関のある圧力損失パラメータの値を算出する圧力損失パラメータ算出工程と、
前記充填条件を前記圧力損失パラメータの値に基づいて定められる条件に変更してガスの充填を継続する充填条件変更工程と、を備えることを特徴とするガス充填方法。 - 前記制御装置は、予め定められた複数の充填制御マップから選択した充填制御マップによって規定される充填条件の下で、前記制御弁を操作し、
さらに、前記充填条件変更工程では、前記制御装置が選択した充填制御マップを、前記複数の充填制御マップのうち前記圧力損失パラメータの値に基づいて定められるマップに切り替えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガス充填方法。 - 前記圧力損失パラメータ算出工程では、下記式(1-1)により前記圧力損失パラメータの値を算出し、
下記式(1-1)中、“k0”は前記圧力損失パラメータであり、“dPloss”はガスの流量減少前後の前記配管内の圧力差であり、“ρ”は前記配管内のガスの密度であり、“dm”は前記配管内のガスの質量流量であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガス充填方法。

- 前記制御装置は、予め定められた複数の充填制御マップから選択した充填制御マップによって規定される充填条件の下で、前記制御弁を操作し、
さらに、前記充填条件変更工程では、前記制御装置が選択した充填制御マップを、前記複数の充填制御マップのうち前記配管で生じる仮圧力損失と相関のある前記熱質量の値に基づいて定められるマップに切り替えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガス充填方法。 - 前記有効熱質量算出工程では、下記式(1-2)により前記有効熱質量の値を算出し、
下記式(1-2)中、“Ttube”は前記ガス温度センサが検測する温度であり、“Tamb”は大気温度であり、“THE”は熱交換器の温度であり、“mi”は前記配管の質量であり、“Cpi”は前記配管の比熱容量であり、“mi×Cp”は前記配管の熱容量であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガス充填方法。

- 前記有効熱質量算出工程では、下記式(1-3)によって前記有効熱質量の値を算出し、“Tamb”は大気温度であり、“THE”は熱交換器の温度であり、“mi”は前記配管の質量であり、“Cpi”は前記配管の比熱容量であり、“mi×Cp”は前記配管の熱容量であり、“k0”は、前記圧力損失パラメータであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のガス充填方法。

- 前記圧力損失パラメータ算出工程では、前記配管内におけるガスの流量が0より大きな流量から0又は0付近まで減少した際における前記圧力センサの検出値を用いることにより前記圧力損失パラメータの値を算出することを特徴とする、請求項1から6の何れかに記載のガス充填方法。
