図1は、本実施形態に係る水素ガス充填方法が適用された水素充填システムSの構成を示す図である。水素充填システムSは、圧縮した水素ガスの供給源を有する水素ステーション9と、この水素ステーション9から供給される水素ガスを受容する水素タンクを有する燃料電池車両M(以下、単に「車両M」という)と、を組み合わせて構成される。本実施形態に係る水素ガス充填方法は、水素ステーション9から車両Mのタンクに水素ガスを充填する方法であり、この水素充填システムSによって実現される。以下では、始めに車両M側の構成について説明し、次に水素ステーション9側の構成について説明する。
図4は、水素充填システムSにおいて水素ガスを充填する手順を示すフローチャートである。この処理は、水素ステーション9の充填ノズル92が車両Mのレセプタクル38に接続され、水素ガスの充填が可能な状態になったことに応じて開始する。
始めにS41では、ステーションECU8は、ステーション圧力センサ73、ステーション温度センサ72、及び流量センサ71を用いることにより、後述のS42において水素ガスの充填を停止する直前の接続配管内における圧力PST(i)、温度TST(i)、及び流量dm(i)の値を取得し、S42に移る。
(1)水素ガス充填方法では、仮マップの下で水素ガスの充填を開始した後、接続配管内における水素ガスの流量が減少した際におけるステーション圧力センサ73の検出値を用いることによって圧力損失係数k0の値を算出する。水素ガス充填方法ではこのように水素ガスの流量が減少した際におけるステーション圧力センサ73の検出値を用いることにより、圧力損失係数k0の値を精度良く算出できる。また水素ガス充填方法では、算出した圧力損失係数k0の値に基づいて充填制御マップを変更し、変更後の充填制御マップの下で水素ガスの充填を継続する。水素ガス充填方法ではこのように圧力損失係数k0の値に基づいて充填制御マップを変更することにより、充填時間やプレクーラ96の設定温度等における無駄が少なくなるように充填制御マップを最適化し、この最適化された充填制御マップの下でガスを充填できる。

Claims (4)
- 圧縮ガスの供給源と、
前記供給源と移動体に搭載されたタンクとを接続する配管と、
前記配管に設けられた制御弁、圧力センサ、及び流量センサと、
前記タンクの容積及び前記配管で生じる圧力損失と相関のある圧力損失パラメータによって分けられた複数の充填制御マップを記憶する記憶媒体を有し、前記複数の充填制御マップの中から選択された充填制御マップによって規定される充填条件の下で前記制御弁を操作し前記配管を流れるガスの流量を制御する制御装置と、を備えるガス充填システムによって、前記供給源から前記タンクにガスを充填するガス充填方法であって、
前記タンクの容積値を取得するとともに、前記複数の充填制御マップの中から前記容積値に応じた充填制御マップを仮マップとして選択し、当該仮マップの下でガスの充填を開始する充填開始工程と、

前記充填条件を前記仮マップによって規定される条件から、前記容積値及び前記圧力損失パラメータの値に応じた充填制御マップである本マップに基づいて定められる条件に変更してガスの充填を継続する充填条件変更工程と、を備えることを特徴とするガス充填方法。 - 前記充填開始工程では、前記容積地に応じた複数の充填制御マップのうち前記圧力損失パラメータの値が最大のものを前記仮マップとして選択することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス充填方法。
- 前記圧力損失パラメータ算出工程では、前記配管内におけるガスの流量が0より大きな流量から0又は0付近まで減少した際における前記圧力センサの検出値を用いることにより前記圧力損失パラメータの値を算出することを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れかに記載のガス充填方法。
