- 鉄を含有する合金から成る複数の軟磁性金属粒子と、
前記複数の軟磁性金属粒子の各々の表面に前記複数の軟磁性金属粒子に含まれる元素が酸化されることにより形成される酸化膜と、
前記複数の軟磁性金属粒子は、第1の軟磁性金属粒子と、前記第1の軟磁性金属粒子と隣り合う第2の軟磁性金属粒子と、を含み、
前記第1の軟磁性金属粒子と前記第2の軟磁性金属粒子とは、前記酸化膜を介して結合し、
波長488nmの励起レーザーを用いたラマンスペクトルにおいて、波数712cm-1付近に存在する第1ピークのピーク強度の、波数1320cm-1付近に存在する第2ピークのピーク強度に対する比であるピーク強度比が1~70である、
磁性基体。 - 前記ピーク強度比が1.5~5.8である、
請求項1に記載の磁性基体。 - 前記ピーク強度比が1.5~2.0である、
請求項2に記載の磁性基体。 - 走査型電子顕微鏡により撮影された前記磁性基体の断面写真において前記軟磁性金属粒子の面積に対する前記酸化膜の面積の割合が2%以上である、
請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の磁性基体。 - 前記複数の軟磁性金属粒子は、Fe-Si-Crの組成を有する、
請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の磁性基体。 - 前記組成の割合は、Feが95wt%、Siが3.5wt%、Crが1.5wt%である、
請求項5に記載の磁性基体。 - 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の磁性基体を含む電子部品。
