Claims (8)
- 複雑な形の潤滑用オリフィスが形成されている切削工具(10)であって、アクティブ面に形成された溝と、この溝に連通する中央空欠部(13)であって潤滑剤の出口開口(130)を備える中央空欠部(13)があり、前記出口開口(130)には、ベンチュリ効果を発生させるように、該出口開口(130)において、前記中央空欠部(13)の断面を漸進的に小さくするように構成しているリップ部(131)がある、当該切削工具(10)を製造する方法であって、
可塑化ポリビニルブチラール、可塑化酢酸セルロースブチレート、又はポリブチルメタクリレートアクリル樹脂によって作られたインサート(20)を作成するステップ(300)と、
型内に金属とバインダーとの粉末混合物を注入することによって前記作成されたインサート(20)上に切削工具(10)の本体をオーバーモールドするステップ(310)と、
前記インサート(20)の一部の形に対して相補的である形を有する潤滑用オリフィスを前記切削工具(10)の前記本体に形成するように、前記インサート(20)を除去するステップ(320)と、
前記切削工具(10)の前記本体を焼結するステップ(330)と、
前記切削工具(10)の前記本体における「アクティブ部」である少なくとも1つの部分に対して機械加工するステップ(340)と
を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記インサート(20)を除去するステップ(320)は、前記インサート(20)を槽内に入れることによって行われる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記インサート(20)は、積層造形法によって作成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 潤滑用オリフィスが形成された本体を備える切削工具(10)であって、
前記切削工具には、工具ホルダーチャックに固定されるように意図された把持部(11)と、アクティブ面があるアクティブ部があり、このアクティブ面に沿ってらせん状の溝(124)が形成されており、
前記らせん状の溝(124)は、放射方向のチャネル(132)を介して前記切削工具の前記本体内にて軸方向に形成されている中央空欠部(13)に連通しており、
前記中央空欠部(13)は、潤滑剤の出口開口(130)の反対側にある潤滑剤の入口開口の間に形成されており、
前記出口開口は、ベンチュリ効果を発生させるように、前記中央空欠部(13)の断面を漸進的に小さくするように構成しているリップ部(131)を有する
ことを特徴とする切削工具(10)。 - 前記らせん状の溝(124)は、前記切削工具(10)の自由端へと開いている第1の端と、前記切削工具(10)の前記把持部(11)の近くであって前記切削工具(10)の前記自由端よりも前記把持部(11)の近くの箇所にて開いている第2の端の間にて、らせん状に形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の切削工具(10)。 - 前記アクティブ面は、実質的に、周面(120)と端面(121)がある回転体の円筒状の形を有し、
前記端面(121)は、前記切削工具(10)の前記本体の前記自由端を形成し、
前記出口開口(130)は、凹部(123)へと開いており、
前記切削工具(10)には、前記端面(121)にて前記凹部(123)から前記周面(120)へと放射方向に形成されている端溝(122)がある
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の切削工具(10)。 - 各放射方向のチャネル(132)は、その長手方向が前記切削工具(10)の前記本体の縦方向の軸と鋭角を形成する方向に沿って形成され、
前記鋭角は、前記切削工具(10)の前記本体の前記自由端の方に向けて広がる
ことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の切削工具(10)。 - 各放射方向のチャネル(132)が形成されている長手方向の前記方向は、らせん状の形を形成する
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の切削工具(10)。
