MはNb,Hf,Zr,Ta,Mo,WおよびVからなる群から選択される1つ以上であり、

X1はCoおよびNiからなる群から選択される1つ以上、

Fe0.840Nb0.070B0.080Si0.010である合金組成となるように原料金属を秤量し、高周波加熱にて溶解し、母合金を作製した。
実験例2では、応力負荷量が0である場合(応力を印加しなかった場合)(試料No.1)と、応力負荷量が400MPaである場合(試料No.4)とで、それぞれの熱処理条件を変化させた点以外は実験例1と同様にして薄帯を作製し、評価した。結果を表2A~表2Cに示す。なお、BsおよびHcの評価基準は実験例1と同様とした。
実験例3では、実験例1と同様に母合金を作製した。その後、作製した母合金を加熱して溶融させ、1500℃の溶融状態の金属としたのちガスアトマイズ法により前記金属を噴射させ、粉末を作成した。ガス噴射温度を25℃とした。
粉末の作製条件は組成以外、実験例3と同様とした。表4では、試料No.45と同様に応力を印加せず、M元素の種類をNbから変化させた比較例、および、試料No.48と同様に応力負荷量を400MPaとし、M元素の種類をNbから変化させた実施例を記載した。表5~表8では、応力負荷量を試料No.48と同様の400MPaとし、a~dの数値を適宜変化させた実施例を記載した。表9では、応力負荷量を試料No.48と同様の400MPaとし、試料No.48におけるFeの一部をX1および/またはX2に置換した実施例を記載した。

- 組成式(Fe (1-( α + β )) X1αX2β) (1-(a+b+c+d)) M a B b P c Si d (原子数比)からなる主成分を有する軟磁性合金であって、
X1はCoおよびNiからなる群から選択される1つ以上、
X2はAl,Mn,Ag,Zn,Sn,As,Sb,Cu,Cr,Ga,Bi,N,O,C,Sおよび希土類元素からなる群より選択される1つ以上、
MはNb,Hf,Zr,Ta,Mo,WおよびVからなる群から選択される1つ以上であり、
0≦a≦0.150
0≦b≦0.200
0≦c≦0.200
0≦d≦0.200
0.100≦a+b+c+d≦0.300
α≧0
β≧0
0≦α+β≦0.50
であり、

- 前記ナノ結晶の平均アスペクト比が1.2以上1.8以下である請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の軟磁性合金。
- 前記ナノ結晶のHeywood径の平均値をR、前記ナノ結晶のHeywood径の標準偏差をσとして、R2/σ2が30以下である請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の軟磁性合金。
- 薄帯形状を有する請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の軟磁性合金。
- 粉末形状を有する請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の軟磁性合金。
- 請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の軟磁性合金を含む磁気コア。
- 請求項8に記載の磁気コアを含む磁性部品。
- 請求項9に記載の磁性部品を含む電子機器。
