Description
次に、複数の軟磁性金属粉体を用いて圧粉磁心を製造し、圧粉磁心の特性について調査した結果について、図1及び図2を用いて説明する。
Claims (4)
- バインダ樹脂とともに軟磁性金属粉体を冷間プレスして成形し該バインダ樹脂の残存物による粉体粒子同士の絶縁を維持しながら歪み取り焼鈍を与えて供されFe3Si規則相を実質的に含まないFe-Si系合金からなる圧粉磁心を製造する方法であって、
前記軟磁性金属粉体として、略球状の25乃至36μmの範囲内にある平均粒径で、質量%で5.5~6.0%の範囲内でSiを不可避的不純物とともに含む合金組成でFe3Si規則相を実質的に含まない金属組織を有する金属粉体を用い、前記歪み取り焼鈍を650~800℃の範囲内の温度で行うことを特徴とする圧粉磁心の製造方法。 - 前記合金組成は質量%で5.5%よりもSiを多く含み、前記金属組織はB2型規則格子相であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧粉磁心の製造方法。
- 前記バインダ樹脂はシリコーン樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の圧粉磁心の製造方法。
- 前記冷間プレスでは82.0vol%以上の粉体充填密度とすることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のうちの1つに記載の圧粉磁心の製造方法。
