Claims (7)
- 自転車またはオートバイのフォークのフォーク・チューブ(10)用のシール・ユニット(20、30)であって、
- 前記フォーク・チューブ(10)は、内側チューブまたはステム(11)と、外側チューブまたはライニング(12)であって、その内側に、前記ステム(11)のスライド軸(S)に沿ってスライドする前記ステム(11)を導入するための入口開口部(13)が設けられた外側チューブまたはライニング(12)と、を含み、
- 当該シール・ユニット(20、30)は、前記ステム(11)とスライド可能に係合するように前記入口開口部(13)内に取り付けられ、補強用の環状インサート(21)と、可撓性の環状本体(23)とを含み、
- 前記環状本体(23)の共通のルート(29)から離れ、円筒形静止シール要素(27)の対称軸(X)に向かって収束する2つのダストカバー・リップ(25、35)(26)は、前記ステム(11)とスライド接触して配置され、2つの前記ダストカバー・リップ(25、35)(26)の第1のリップ(25、35)が、前記入口開口部(13)の、軸方向における外側に配置され、2つの前記ダストカバー・リップ(25、35)(26)の第2のリップ(26)が、前記入口開口部(13)の、軸方向における内側に、前記第1のリップ(25、35)に対して軸方向に配置され、
- 前記円筒形静止シール要素(27)が、補強用の前記環状インサート(21)と前記ライニング(12)との間の前記入口開口部(13)内に強制的かつ弾性的に固定された、
シール・ユニット(20、30)において、前記円筒形静止シール要素(27)が、少なくとも第1のダストカバー・リップ(25)の対称軸(Y)に対して偏心している対称軸(X)をそれぞれ有する円筒形の取付け面(27s)によって半径方向外側に画定され、前記ステム(11)上の少なくとも前記第1のダストカバー・リップ(25)の一定のスライド接触を保証していることを特徴とするシール・ユニット(20、30)。 - 前記円筒形静止シール要素(27)の前記対称軸(X)と少なくとも前記第1のダストカバー・リップ(25)の前記対称軸(Y)との間の偏心量(e)が、0.5mm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシール・ユニット(20)。
- 偏心量(e)が0.3mmに等しい値を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のシール・ユニット(20)。
- 偏心量(e)が0.15mmに等しい値を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のシール・ユニット(30)。
- 少なくとも第1のダストカバーリップ(35)が、約180°の角度セクタ上に、残りの約180°の角度セクタの第2の厚さ(t)より大きい第1の厚さを有し、前記第1の厚さ(s)と前記第2の厚さ(t)との間の比率(s/t)が、「1.05<s/t<1.3」を満たすような範囲に含まれていることを特徴とする、請求項2または4に記載のシール・ユニット(20、30)。
- 前記第1の厚さ(s)が1.8mmに等しく、前記第2の厚さ(t)が1.6mmに等しいことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のシール・ユニット(30)。
- 当該シール・ユニットの軸方向および半径方向外縁に沿って形成された突起(27’)を備え、当該シール・ユニットのフォーク・チューブ(10)への組み立て中に、当該シール・ユニットを正しく方向付けるように前記突起(27')が構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のシール・ユニット(20、30)。
