Claims (4)
- 給電される対をなす電極と、隔膜と、を用いて電解水を生成する生成装置であって、
前記隔膜を介して仕切られた複数の室を有する電解槽と、
前記隔膜の損傷を抑制する膜保護構造と、を備え、
前記電解槽は、
前記室を区画する凹部を備える対をなすカバー部材と、
前記室を区画する開口部を備え、前記電極及び前記隔膜を介して前記カバー部材間に挟み込まれる隔壁と、を有し、
前記膜保護構造は、前記隔膜と別体で、前記隔膜の位置を固定する膜保護部材を含み、
前記膜保護部材は、
前記隔膜と前記隔壁との間に介在されて前記開口部の内部に突出し、前記隔膜を支持する膜支持部を有し、
前記膜支持部は、
前記室内の水流方向に沿って長手状の複数の支持本体部と、
これら支持本体部同士を連結してこれら支持本体部間の間隔を保つ連結部と、を備え、
前記連結部は、前記支持本体部より厚みが小さい
ことを特徴とする生成装置。 - 膜保護部材は、カバー部材と隔壁との隙間を水密に閉塞するシール部材である
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の生成装置。 - 連結部は、支持本体部の長手方向において、隔壁側とその反対側である隔膜側とで交互に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の生成装置。 - 電解槽は、給水源及び電源部に対し並列に複数配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3いずれか一記載の生成装置。
